cant verify my domain i have attached a copy of my domain registrar page. I'm using cloudflare and ssl tried cname txt html methods with no luck, please verify manually

Can Zoho email campaigns(free version) be used without any business account for example can i use it from example@zoho.com

SPF won't validate
The SPF feature won't validate for me. I have made sure the TXT file at my DNS is correct but Zoho still indicates it is not working (it has the ! triangle next to the domain name in control panel).
SPF & DKIM records cannot be verified
I have already setup the SPF and DKIM in the DNS reords. But it still shows problem icon in the control panel, what can I do?

We have just decided ot trial Zoho based on its excellent reviews it has received as we need a new invoicing tool to replace the now broken Invoice2go, and it's even worse!!. Inventory item values question
What happens if we buy an inventory item for a certain price; eg £10, then later on the cost price goes up and we buy another one for say £12. The quantity will say 2, but what will be the value of the 2 items? When we do year end stock checking, I'm guessing it will say 2@ £12 = £24, but we will only have paid £22. Thanks

Why does Zoho show me banner ads at the top of our CRM to all users?
I keep seeing banner ads at the top of CRM, today it was about "Why your CRM should be fully integrated, read our blog." It shows this to ALL my users not just admins which looks super unprofessional trying to pitch CRM features to basic users, especially considering I'm paying for an "Enterprise" product not sure why I'm being shown ads. I would like to suggest that at the top of the contacts screen a clickable alphabet be added so that I can quickly get to a given area of the contact database.
