Hello, I am very new to API for Zoho Books and I have been able to write PHP scripts to list invoices, expenses journals etc... For example, to get list of journals I use this URL in my PHP script: https://books.zoho.com/api/v3/journals?authtoken=[MyToken] But I do not understand how to get details of a journal. The documentation says "GET /journals/:journal_id" How can I use it with PHP script. I tried all possibilities and I always get this error: {"code":5,"message":"Invalid URL Passed"}

DKIM key pair
Hi there, I am using zoho mail account for my webapp which sends email to the users. I have activated DKIM authentication and setup the required key in my domain. The issue is that when I send an email using mail account google shows that unauthenticated. The reason is that I need to sign the email sent by webapp using DKIM privatekey to prove the authenticity of the email sent by the domain. I could not see any way to get that or supply the own key pair for DKIM setup. Could you please help? Thanks.

Hello and greetings from germany, we are currently testing Zoho desk and we hope we can switch from zendesk to your program, as we are already using zoho crm. Is there a way to get a Dashboard or a Reporting on Tags. We are a Software company and tag our tickets on different parts of our product. Now at the end of a month or on a weekly basis, we want to see how many tickets came in with specific tags. Is this possible?

I have installed the MailChimp integration component and can find it on my TAB's in CRM.. however when I click on it, nothing is shown in the window. Was expecting to see the integration settings here? Could it be a browser problem, I am using Chrome.
