Can't Change GIGANTIC TEXT on mail page.
Logged on a couple of days ago and all the text on my mail page was HUGE. It takes me forever and whole lot of maneuvering with scroll bars to read even the shortest email. I rebooted and, of course, checked the text settings. No change. - I have emailed Zoho support twice and have not heard from them. Frustrating and disappointing because I really like the program and hate to leave it - but don't have the time to deal with something like this. Help? Please respond to alternate email:

Is it possible for candidates to update their own information? Can a candidate visit our site and update or upload additional documents in the site? Or can we send candidates a personal link where they can change their information?
Forwarding verification is not being sent to x@tmomail.net email
Hi I am trying to forward all my incoming mails to the address my10digitphonenumber@tmomail.net to receive them as SMS or MMS. According Tmobile phone carrier it must work and I know my friends are using this service. I set up the forwarding and interestingly I receive forwarded mails EVEN BEFORE I verify my forwarding but I did not receive Verification email yet. I deleted Forwarding and set it up again but same story. Thank you

Hello, Is there anyway to specify the use of a different outgoing mail server that has correct PTR and is not blacklisted? Some of our emails to long standing vendors are getting blocked for two possible reasons: When I run mxtoolbox on 74.201.84.163 (the smtp server our account is using today, we get: 1) one error because this server is listed on one of the black lists mxtoolbox tracks; and 2) one warning because reverse DNS record does not match smtp banner. Hi, I would like information on the auto-formatting of my email senders. I would prefer that I see the entirety of the email address so I can check my spelling and ensure I am sending to the correct email (e.g., work versus home versus business). For example -- in the email composing window: FirstLast@companyname.com turns to FirstLast. So, I cannot tell the difference if I am sending to FirstLast@personalemailaddress.com OR the company one. Hi Team, I'm unable to send messages to my potential clients and the message "Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked" appears. Reading from earlier posts, it seems that my account has been blocked. There is a supposed limit to the outgoing messages however I was unaware and also no pop up was displayed informing that limit has been reached. Edit Client Info with Zoho Sheets?
Hi, I want to edit the "Client Type" column for all my clients, one-bye-one. I guess the best way to do it would be the "Zoho Sheet view" and I was able to edit the info for about 50 of my clients. But after that the list ends and if I set the filter to "Client type" and then "must be empty" an then go to the "Zoho Sheet view" it will bring up the same clients again. Is there any way to look at all my (500 or more) clients with the sheet view or at least filter them in a way that only clients are

Taskz on Android not loading
Hello, I just downloaded the Taskz app, and it had the "loading" screen for several minutes. I closed and restarted the app and didn't have the problem, but as soon as I added a task, it crashed. After another restart, back to the loading screen for several minutes. It's now asked me if I want to rate the app, but is frozen on that screen. I can see from the google store that a lot of people who have managed to rate it are having the same problem. Any chance of a fix, or any advice? Thanks.

Conflict between Firefox with Noscript and ZOHO mail
I have been using Firefox with NOscript addon for many years and I have used zoho mail for the last five years or so. Recently zohomail gets hung up when clicking on my email or changing folders. There is a url trying to load called zohostatic.com and Noscript has full permission to allow it but.... it just stops. I have scrubbed Firefox from my computer and reloaded latest version and an older version and it changed nothing. It only happens on this computer (Dell W7) with no other addon at all.

Good morning, 2 days ago i was created an admin account with www.spica.solutions domains, after that, 18 accounts was created over that admin, on next 24 hours, all my accounts drops the same status "inactive account", i cant do anything cause the admin account its blocked. How to change the width of a spreadsheet report?
I have a report with display type as spreadsheet. As we know, we can change the width column in List-Grid display type. What about spreadsheets? There is no menu 'change column width'. Maybe with a 'hack' CSS way in a HTML report? UPDATE from Manual The options to Add, Modify and Delete records will be displayed only if the Edit permissions are provided for this report, by the application owner. A Spreadsheet report does not support Set Grouping, Custom Action, Record Summary and Set Column Widths.
