Can't access email app, because I am prompted to enter another phone number
I have already saved a phone number in my account, and verified it, but whenever I try to access the email app, I am prompted to enter a phone number. And when I enter my phone number, it tells me I'm already using that phone number. As a result, there is no way to access the email app without entering a second phone number.

Translation doesn't work with the new theme
Hi, I have six users and i pay $50 additional for each user to have the "Translation" option. Unfortunately, it doesn't work on the reports tab and it shows the drop down values as it is. Are you going to fix it soon or i need to change to the old view. Because the old view is very old and reports' options are not nice and not easy. Webhook/DB query/DB cache timing issues.
So On Create webhooks are firing before the data is populated/available, so when I send a Sales Order to my creator app I can't use it immediately which is causing my creator side stuff to die. Strangely enough if I put the same query in a REST client and send it to the creator app it works fine, every time. Is there an internal caching of db entries that the webhook hits or maybe the timeout is too short and it won't wait for the update?

Images captured within and uploaded through iOS app are highly compressed
Hello, I am trying to create an internal product review application where a user would submit an image via mobile device. However, all images submitted through the mobile app are compressed to 50kb or so, which is very small. I'd like to have images be larger and am willing to change file type (Image to Attachement) if necessary. However, even if I try to use the attachment field type, the same issue occurs. Thanks, B
Feedback widget alignment problem
I have added the feedback widget to my web application. When it is open the heading doesn't align properly so there is some whitespace under the heading and the Minimise and Close controls are offset. I've seen the same problem in both firefox and chrome (latest versions) This alignment problem also causes the popup screenshot menu options to be offset. See the attached screenshots for examples of the problem. Is there a way to fix this? My web application is using the bootstrap framework.

I have a field that I want to to an action when the value has changed. Is there any way to know what the previous value of a field was? Not Receiving Email from a specific sender
Hey everyone. I've just signed up for an account to give it a try. I've got everything setup and can now send emails from my domain, and receive emails as well. However, I am not able to receive emails from one specific sender - whose IP address is not listed on any spam or blacklist, and has an spf record. I'm also not able to receive emails sent from the zoho account to a hotmail account - its not in the spam folder either. Is there any way to fix this?
Unable to change "Send Mail As" settings
I have a "send mail as" account which I am unable to change the settings within, and I'm also unable to delete this from address in an attempt to recreate it. I click on the edit icon to change some send settings (from TLS to SSL). I make the changes, click Update, and I get notified that the changes were saved, but when I go back in to edit, the change was never updated. If I try to delete the From account, the message states "unable to delete". Please help!
Customer Portal Automatic authentication
We want to integrate the Customer portal directly from within our application. Users of our application are already authenticated and we would not want them to login again with other credentials to the Zoho Customer Portal. Is there a way to pass on the credential information from our own application to Zoho Customer Portal in such a way that if they create a ticket it will created with their credentials?
Cannot delete projects created under Group Task
Hello, While creating a group task, I have created a project. Like described here: https://www.zoho.com/mail/new/help/tasks.html#alink2 (This is different from a projec in Zoho Project App) The project appears below the group name, when I right click on it, the menu options are gray and thus I cannot delete or rename the project.(See attachment) Is there a setting or permission somewhere to allow project deletion ? CRM Potentials View - Only Latest From Each Account
Hi there, I have a view set up that shows me Closed Won potentials sorted by date. This lets me follow up with customers who have completed sales. After following up, I mass update my own "Last Follow Up" date field. I only want to see the most recent closed potential from each account. Or, I would like to update the "Last Follow Up" date for all the potentials on that account. I'm not finding a quick way to do this. Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks, Chad
