Zoho is not updating my account
I upgraded my Zoho desk account to Pro, and it is still not allowing me to add more "from emails" -- What do I do? This is an emergency!!

Is it possible to make the currency tap as a drop-down list, so the applicant can chose his/her currency. It is better to make it 2 boxes one for the number (filled manually) and the other one for the currency (Drop-down list contains all currency) Ex. 1st box : 20,000 (filled manually) / 2nd box: Currency (Drop-down list contains all currency)
Not able to get past the security measure!
Hi, I signed up on zoho to make a customised Email Address. However, it asks me to enter my Phone Number to sync my phone number with the account for security purposes. When I enter my Mobile Number and Password, it keeps returning the message 'invalid password' due to which I am not able to send code to my phone and move further in the process of creating my Email address. Google search engine ID box not appearing
I'm trying to check our site's Google search engine ID to confirm it's correct, but the box to input this information is not appearing as it shows on the wiki. Is there another way to find this? To clarify, I know how to check Google for this, I'm just trying to confirm that the correct information is on our Zoho site. The reason I ask is that the Google search bar never returns any results, no matter what I search or from what page. It's completely nonfunctional.
organization billing address
My company has tax registrations in 3 different states. When I bill from one particular state, I need to use the address from that state. But Zoho only takes the option of registering a single organization address. I can use multiple warehouses for inventory using Zoho Inventory. But, I cannot invoice to customers from different states. How do you think I will be able to do this?

GMAIL Problems
We are having issues sending emails to GMAIL from our domain which is hosted by Zoho. We have checked with MXToolbox and we are clean. Some gmail users that we send individual messages to directly are not receiving them. We do not receive any return message for spam, etc. Some gmail accounts go through. Date filtering using the user filter does not seem to work
Hi, I added a date user filter to an existing report. The date picker works i.e. select start and end date. However, when I click Go there is no change to the report. See screenshot. Can you confirm if the date picker user filter is working? Thanks Sunil

Hello I would like my users to give a try the zoho mail as an alternative option before moving completely. How can I set Dual Email Delivery without changing our MX records on a CentOS WHM/cPanel server? I read the info at https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/configure-dual-delivery.html#alink1 but I can't see any option for WHM/cPanel neither can I see any options at "Configure Email Delivery" in my zoho mail control panel regarding dual delivery. Can't create account - says account already created
I am trying to set up a new users for myself in Zoho and when I try to do so it say account already exists. But it doesn't. I created the original account with for example info@mydomain.com but entered my actual name under first and last name. Now I'm trying to make an account for my first name but it won't let me. I went back in to the info@ account and changed the name associated with it thinking this would work but it was a no go. How do I fix it? I can't even delete info@mydomain.com now. Frustrating
search function on my email not working?

File Uploads from Local Computer and Google Docs, but no Zoho Docs or Dropbox?
At this link: https://www.zoho.com/creator/help/fields/uploading-files-and-images.html it states "The File Upload field type is used to upload Files in Zoho Creator. Files can be uploaded from your local computer or from any of the supported cloud storage services like Zoho Docs , Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox and Box ." But the Browse Options at that page only show Local Drive and Google Docs. What am I missing?

I tried to register www.tvadoracionrys.com but I wrote a wrong phone number. Now when i try to register the domain get the message "This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho", I tried to login with phone number and password, but I get message Invalid Phone Number (I used that phone number to register other domains). Why can't I choose DUTCH as language for my surveys
Hi I offer surveys to my csutomers in three languages: dutch, french and english. I have my surveys professionnaly translated from dutch source language into french and english. I know how to offer respondents theire preferred language choice.. But it seems there is no way to thick DUTCH as the native survey language in survey settings???? See survey.jpg.
