Multiple domains and alias
I added a new domain to my subscription plan. There is no option to add an alias as the help and forums suggest. Not under 'Mail Accounts' and not under 'Domains' I am only able to receive emails from my new domain after I added a 'catch all' of new domain going to my old domain. Is this the correct setup? It works but just doesn't seem right.

Can't Map Campaign source from Lead to Potential
I created a custom field in Leads with a type Lookup and the source module of Campaigns. I want to map fields for conversion so the lead Campaign gets transferred to the Potential Campaign Source when converting. However, on the field mapping I am not given the option to map Accounts, Contacts, and Potentials to Campaign Source. What am I doing wrong?

How do I use the custom crm fields i made to create segments in the campaign lists/syncs? Also can I create lists based on crm field criteria and have the users unsubscribe from each new list at a time instead of an opting out of ALL emails with one click? If I connect with IMAP, outlook synchronizes all my mail (from 2013) but if I connect with ActiveSync Outloko only synchronizes last few months.

Alphabetical order in lookup field not working correctly with spaces
I have a lookup field that has people's names, and the options are sorted alphabetically. They are correctly sorted by first name, but if there is multiple people with the same first name, then the last name isn't being sorted alphabetically (see screenshot). The options for the lookup use a formula field which returns: First_Name + " " + Last_Name

The zoho Sales iq Chat is working fine on desktops, but when visiter use it on their mobile devices there is no way for them to close the chat window and then they end up leaving our site. How do I get a custom app in to CRM
So, I created an application in Zoho Creator, and can't get it in to my Zoho CRM. I have only created a form at this point. The goal is to have a related list on my accounts. Support said that it would appear in the list of Extensions for my Zoho CRM's CEO (Setup > Extensions & APIS > Zoho > Build Custom Apps > Manage) But it does not, I shared it with her and it still doesn't appear there. I know it is possible to sort by who has opened, but we are looking specifically at how many times they have opened each campaign.
