Hello, I'm having this error when I send Zoho email to a university email. When I send the same message via other email accounts, I don't have this problem. ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :5.7.1 74.201.84.163 explicitly prohibited from sending mail for this domainby sender's published policy I'm new to using Zoho Mail; does the highlighted portion mean that the school's email is denying specifically Zoho emails? Hello, There used to be a work around for this using the addnotes field. Unfortunately, you can no longer insert image files this way. Is there a current work around for this? I need to insert a logo at the top of my form and I would greatly appreciate being able to do so.

Users relationship between Creator and AppCreator
I have an application I'm building for a client, there is a back-office administration web application built in Creator and then a mobile app built in AppCreator where field agents collect & view data stored in Creator. I want to store the user who added the record in Creator but the field agents won't have access to the backoffice application. Both Creator and AppCreator have the option to invite users but do I have to invite from both? I'm concerned about the logisitics of having to invite users

Hello . . . I recently configured Zoho mail to be my e-mail client. The send appears to be working, I sent several e-mails and they all arrived to the correct addresses. However e-mails sent to me are still going to my old Outlook account. My domain is hosted with GoDaddy, I've configured the MX records per the instructions and used MXToolBox to verify. There is one error message that reads for SMTP "Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner". Is that the problem and, if so, how do I fix it?

CRM Contact Limits
My use case is needing based on an Agency approach. We have a Managing Agency and 20-30 "Sub Agencies". I have read and think I understand User / Profiles / Groups. My questions are this: 1. Can we limit the number of Contacts/ Leads that an Agency can add? We will let them have access to our MASTER CRM, but want to limit their usage to only 100 contacts in their subscription. If so, how can this be done? 2. Is there an existing module to help facilitate billing for this approach?

Related List Pop-up
We have related lists in the left sidebar which are connected with our Zoho Creator links. Previously we were able to click the '+' button and the Zoho Creator application would open up as a pop-up in the same CRM window. However, today the links are not opening up as they did previously. Create list of characters from string
I need to loop over all characters in a string, but since Deluge scripting doesn't allow loops (as far as I can tell), I thought a way around that would be to create a "List" of characters from that string. Cannot attach documents to emails
I'm getting an error message when trying to send emails to contacts with attached documents (cannot send due a problem with *filename) - I've tried different documents, so I don't think that's the issue (the file sizes are small). Any ideas?

Hello I've correctly set the DNS for DKIM and http://dkimcore.org/c/keycheck verifies as a good key. But the Zoho Mail Setup fails to verify it. It appears that the Zoho Mail Setup does not properly handle multiple strings. Can this problem be confirmed and a fix issued as it is normal practice for long TXT entries to be multi-string. Otherwise please advise how to continue with setting this up. TIA.

How can I set report criteria for each login user?
Hi, We have multiple contractors and we want to show report data related for them only and don't want them to see other contractors rows. Some contractors have multiple users so we can't use criteria something like [userid == zoho.loginuserid]. I need to fetch company name from user table. Getting company info from userid is easy with a function like get_companyid(zoho.loginuserid). But I got error when I try to use function in report criteria like [company_id = get_companyid(zoho.loginuserid)]
Member Status Bounced: Remove those names from my email list?
I have a campaign we run once a year to a few hundred people via Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM integration. After I run the campaign any emails that were bounced that information gets pushed into Zoho CRM under the campaign member status. So far so good, however I can't figure out how to use that information to mass update those contacts. At the very least I want to be able to uncheck the box so they will get removed from my yearly campaign. What's the easiest way to do this?

Preview Not Available when printing xlsx files from PDF
Hi, I have an xlsx file that I can open just fine, but when I try to print from PDF when some specific options, it shows a Preview Not Available popup. The options I'm choosing manually are... Paper size: Letter Orientation: Landscape Options: Fit to width Every other option is default. When I remove these options it shows a print preview just fine. The file is 69 KB.

Box allows upload of files via URL or email attachment in addition to manual uploads. If I create forms in ZC - what is the easiest way to have these files uploaded to Box?
