Sending e-mails to Seznam.cz
Hello, I just set up an accound for business email with Zoho.com and everything seems working but sending e-mails to provider Seznam.cz (I tried multiple e-mail addresses there and none of them recived any e-mail; plus on Zoho I received MailerDamon notice; on the contrary sending e-mails to Gmail works just fine and quick). My question is if the problem is on your Zoho.com side or on the Seznam.cz side? And is there something that can be done to make it work? Best regards, Jana

Is there any way to save emails to google docs? Or, in fact, any way to save emails outside of Zoho? I need to archive a bunch of emails off line.
Spanish Spell Check
I'm a native English speaker, but I write papers in Spanish for class. How do I change my spell check when I'm writing papers from English spell check to Spanish spell check, because it's frustrating to have my entire paper underlined in red because my spell check is checking for mistakes in the wrong language. CRM Webform Hidden Field Issue
I've noticed that when I create a webform and add a field, set it to hidden, and choose the field response the form isn't saving it correctly. Example: I create a webform and add a drop down field for lead status and make it hidden. I choose Website from the drop down so that when the form is filled out and passed to CRM it will show Website for me under the lead status - but it won't show the field to the customer when they are filling it out. Lead to account conversion email
What is the easiest way to set up an email notification to the client once they have been converted from lead to account. For example: Once sales rep clicks convert button in CRM and the CRM converts the lead into an account/contact we would like a Welcome Email to automatically go to the client. Any Ideas?

Hi, We have e-mail addresses that is integrated with Outlook 2007. Some using IMAP and Some using POP3. We are regularly facing duplicate and sometimes more in our Inbox. Unable to add a user to Campaigns
Hi, We have added a user suhas[dot]kulkarni[at]bankerbay[dot][com] to our CRM account but when we add this user to Campaigns we get the error saying "This user already exists in some other Organizations". Screenshot attached. Could you please help. We saw that you will have to remove this user from the other organization for this to work. Zoho button to create new auto-populated form
So in my application dashboard, I have created 2 Forms. One is a Quote Sheet and the other is a Customer Sheet. I want to be able to configure the submit button on the Quote sheet so that "On Edit" it will be a "Make New Customer". I want the action to pull up the Customer Sheet and auto-populate from certain fields of the Quote Sheet. Is this possible in Zoho and if so, how can go about doing this?
Populate Lookup Field
I have a form which is filled out by email - it is a Twilio SMS response. I would like to link the form's From field (single line text or number; either works) with a lookup field which contains a list of mobile phone numbers from my Worker Information form. Hi We are looking for a new helpdesk solution and already use Zoho CRM. Is there any way to sync all converstion activity with Gmail? One account receives ok, one doesn't
New user here. I set up two email usernames, jim and info at corleyrentals.com. The jim account is the super-admin and it works fine for sending and receiving. The info account can send mail but any messages directed to it from outside are never delivered - no bounces yet. Incoming email is enabled. I have tried sending from multiple services, none get through. Is there a setting I missed (like I missed enabling IMAP on the info account at first)? Thanks.
Automatically Delete Contacts
After an automation email is completed, please give the option to automatically deleted the contact. We are constantly adding new contacts that we want to receive the trickle, after that we want them deleted. There is no reasonable way to do this!!!

Whitlist doesn't work
I contacted the support regarding this, but I haven't heard from you. So I'll start a thread here instead. My problem is that I whitelisted a domain and an email address - but lots of mail from that particular address still gets routed to my spam folder. The issue seems to be that the emails are autogenerated, so they fail the Received-SPF. How can I make sure that emails from this address ALWAYS get to my inbox. No matter what. Please advice.

Export quote data to a booking form for verifiction?
The way I use Zoho CRM is mainly to store customer data including the ability to produce quotes that can be converted to invoices as a confirmed booking. When I send a quote the customer is given a quote number and the option to book with a link to the booking form. Currently my booking form is created in Jotform which offers integration with Zoho CRM very easily to export data nto the CRM as a lead. What I'd like to happen is for a customer to go to the booking form and enter their quote number

Dependencies in Project Templates
Is it possible to set up dependencies for tasks within a project template? I can't find much documentation on how to set up dependencies (just the small little pop up help from the Projects interface). I noticed that the dependencies tab appears when I look at an active project, but that same tab is no where to be seen when editing a template. Is there something I'm missing?
Marking a Project as being 'On Hold"
Is there a way to mark a project as being "On Hold?" We have a project that has been postponed by the client after about 80% of the milestones have been completed. We would like to keep the project alive in Zoho, knowing that it will re-start again next year. Any advice on the best way to manage this in Projects?
Cannot create email again after deleteing the user and email address
Hi Zoho Team, We deleted one of our email to create a group email. But it doesn't allow to create Group email saying "The email Already Exists". When we try to create the email as a user email, that is also not allowed. Finally we found that, the user should be deleted from Zoho database. Zoho CRM Mobile Application Tasks
When will we be able to create a TASK in the mobile application that will send an EMAIL REMINDER on the date you want to execute that task? This can be done on the computer version but not mobile and is needed urgently. If I want to send myself an email reminder to go visit ABC COMPANY on July 5th I can't set that up as a TASK. Restrict Visibility on a Report
I know you can restrict visibility on a report for your users. However, when restrict certain actions like "Eport, Import etc., the actions still appear when I access the application. Is this because the user does not see what I see when the application opened? If so, is there a way to see exactly what the user sees? Thanks
