Cannot receive email
Since yesterday, I have been having problem receiving emails. I can send but my Outlook keeps saying "working,,, working,,," It takes forever to fetch the emails. I visited the website version (zoho.com). I did not see any heavy files. Please look into the email server.

Unbounce Integration
I have associated my Zoho CRM account with my unbounce account, and when people submit the form on unbounce, that lead is then being passed to the 'leads' area of my CRM, however at this point they have been double qualified by my sales funnel and so I want them to be directly transferred to my 'contacts' - How can I make sure that all the leads that come in from unbounce are sent to contacts, and not to leads. I have a 5 user subscription to ZOHO+ which we purchased in search of a better project management software. I find that while many of ZOHO's tools are effective and feature rich, the CRM completely missed the boat with regards to gmail integration. My message to the engineering team is to have a look at https://www.fullcontact.com/. You guys should just buy this company and incorporate it's features into zoho.

Hello, As usual, I created an e-mail and send it for review Unfortunately, the e-mail hasen't been approved because of the e-mail answer (that was "echy.noreply@gmail.com). Usually it works. So my campaign can be approuved, I created another e-mail : "echy.serviceclient@gmail.com" , i send my campaign for review but it is still not approuved ! It's been 3 days now and I cannot delay my campaign anymore. I am sure you will understand that i need to use these addresses (echynoreply/echyservice client)
Sales person GP report
Good day 1. Is there a way to pull reports for the GP of a sales person, itemized report like how much material they sold and labour? I did look but didnt find anything that detailed. Specifically looking for a report to be able to pay commission on. 2. is there a way to select a specific mark up on items depending on the customer. Like I have 10 customers on tier 1 pricing and then 20 on tier 2 pricing. rather than specifying a specific price on each item. Thanx, Robert

I have createda report, however I cant sort any of the columns (Asc,Desc). I have tried using the arrow in the column header and also tried the Sort menu at the top of the report window. Neither work. Does anyone know what the issue might be?

Unable to see meeting location in email
Dear Support, I notice the calendar displayed in the email does not show location when the invitation is from non Zoho (most likely is Microsoft Exchange). Not sure why this is happening. Need to switch over to the Zoho Calendar then only can view the location.

Hi, i just tried Zoho for the first time, like it. However I will be staying with OpenOffice because of one feature I ALWAYS use that is not in Zoho. That is a "document map". For large documents (over 10 pages or so) it is a massive help to see a document map 'pane' on the left hand side so you can see teh structure of H1, H2, H3 etc and easily navigate to that part of the doc. Restoring access to Zoho People Organization after deleting an admin user
I deleted a Zoho user who was an admin and was an only user for Zoho People, Forms, and Recruit. Since deleting that user prevented other users from access the services--as other users were not added to those services--I had to submit requests to regain access. I have an Service App with several forms. As a service company, I need a way in insure dispatching is done properly.I was thinking of "Zones" based on Zipcodes.(EX 29653 = SC01). My Zipcodes and Zones are both in a dropdowns on the Equipment Form. As new equipment gets added to the database, when a Zipcode is added, the Zone also gets added automatically. I have tried using the If statement; if (input.zipcode == 29653) { Zone = "SC01" } But that would mean I would have a great deal of "If Statements"
