How to delete a zoho mail account?

Incoming Mail Disabled

Additional first name field for spouse
I've tried to create an additional first name field for spouse such as Spouse First Name. The problem is I'm unable to create the Salutation and first name as one field, or link the two as it appears for the default first name field. Thoughts?
How to categorize downloaded transfer between bank accounts
I have two bank accounts in the same bank. When I download my transactions both show the transfers between the two accounts. If I categorize them in one account as a transfer to the other account, I end up with duplicate transactions. There is no way to match them. How should these be handled? Thanks.

Export PDF with Hebrew charcters - ISSUE

Zoho CRM - Attachments and Competitor "new" button missing
In Potentials there is no long a button to add a new attachment (usually via desktop) or to add a new competitor. Older records show this feature but not new records. Any ideas?

Black listing email Extensions
I get spammed from countries outside the U.S. I want to be able to limit incoming spam, at least out of the country who are proliferating certain email accounts. When I go into the settings, it only can blacklist email addresses, not a blanket extension such as *.CL. Most are fictitious alias anyway and the length of time and space to list every address that may be used only once is not productive.

Cannot log on to Zoho Mail
I cannot login to Zoho Mail - screen just hangs. My colleagues can access Mail but aren't receiving emails. I have logged a support request but no-one has called back. Advanced Search Not Working
Greetings, I would like to report that the advanced email search is not working. I've tried many different filters (including "this month" in date range) but when I hit the "Search" button nothing happens. And I can see that I do have emails in my inbox folder from this month. What I'm trying to do is bulk delete emails with a specific date range, but I can't even filter them at the moment. Any help will be much appreciated.
Zoho on Android - Error in loading
I just signed up for Zoho and imported a spreadsheet. It works fine on the computer. I downloaded the app on Android, logged in and I can see the doc. When I try to open it I get the following: "Error in loading" That's it. No other details. I copied the doc and the copy does the same thing. Still opens on the computer, but not on my phone. If I look at the tab imported in zoho report, "USERS", for the same day, I count in the tab in the column users 35, and in the column session 37... why??? I am starting to develop our company's project management in zoho projects. I am looking into invoicing and budgeting. The guide says I can choose to integrate either zoho books or invoice, but the choice is irreversible once I make it. incoming email has stopped
No incoming email since late yesterday (Friday) and even though I'm a paid CRM customer no customer support till Monday?
