Hi! today all my email get rejected and reported as spam : INVALID_ADDRESS, ERROR_CODE :554, ERROR_CODE :5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [74.201.84.163] blocked using dnsbl.sorbs.net; Currently Sending Spam how can i resolve it ?? It seems a zoho server problem!

Sending an email to multiple addresses
Can anyone tell me how to send an image/ email to multiple email addresses. I have an image I have pasted into an email and have created a list of 50 addresses to send it too. I have pasted them all into BCC using <> to seperate each address. When I click send it appears in my sent items but has not reached any of the intended recipients.

Hola buenas tardes Tenemos un problema con el portal de zoho, mis usuarios mandan correo para solicitar soporte y no se levanta en automático el ticket. Hemos revisado toda la configuración y todo sigue configurado de la misma manera. Ya levantamos un ticket nuevo de forma manual desde el portal de zoho y de esta manera si nos llega la notificación de que se ah creado un nuevo ticket. Podrían ayudarnos. I have followed every step of the email migration instructions (https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/pop-imap-migration.html ) with success. I'm currently attempting to add my account, becky@wordsineffect.com, to complete the migration. Unfortunately, I'm getting an error message, which says "user not exist." So migration isn't happening, and emails sent to becky@wordsineffect.com are being returned, marked "undeliverable." Please help!

Problem when searching words with written accent
Hi, I am from Spain, and here we use written accents. This makes some problems like when you want to find a lead using the search box in the CRM and his name has written accent. For example, my lead name is "Ricardo Gascón". Sometimes, as we are in a hurry we write it incorretly and just save it like Ricardo Gascon, without the written accent. Then if we search for "Ricardo Gascón" we find no results as the search doesnt recognize it with the written accent. Here we are used to have search engines

We are currently considering to start using the CRM module in addition to the Books (+Creator and Subscriptions) module. One of the issues which will be of great importance to us, is if we will be able to see and handle all the emails to/from a customer in the same place. So, in CRM (or any of the other modules) I want to see ALL the email contact with the customer. INCLUDING the system generate emails in Zoho Book. Is this possible? Can something be done by som BCC mailing of the system emails

How to automate tickets in ServiceDesk via ZC?
The ManageEngine Service Desk Plus promotion states this: "Automate creation, updating, and closure of tickets in ServiceDesk Plus On-Demand every time a record is submitted or updated in your custom app." So how is this done? Odd responses shown in text field
Hi I have an application with an external facing stateless form which updates fields in a normal form. In one record of the normal form, the text entered in the stateless form has not been transferred to the normal form successfully. Instead the text is being displayed as two buttons side by side with "Alt + M" and "Alt + N" on the buttons. In fact all the longer text fields in this record have been changed to show these buttons. Hello, I am getting this error message when I try to add domains to the list. Please note that I want to add several domains. Now, I added these domains yesterday and it worked, but i did not finish verifying them. When I came back today to verify it told me that the service is not available. When I deleted the domains and tried to add them again I got this error: Sorry!
