Lack of support from Zoho Recruit team
I simply cannot get an answer from support and it is driving me mad. You just can't leave phone messages and they never answer. Shocking. I want to change an area on my Candidates section to have a choice of teaching subjects in Subject Areas. At the moment and since the change over you can only chose one subject. So if a teacher can teach Physics and Chemistry, I want to add both or even 3 or 4 subjects like I could before. It just doesn't happen now with the new version that Zoho introduced. I

How to correct "weekend" status on working days
Hi I am trying to run accurate reports on attendance and have run into an issue. For some reason, the working days I have defined are showing that the employee is on Weekend,Present M-F, and of course is adding it to TOIL. Sync not updating one of my fields
Hi I have a sync set up to update various fields in my customer list in campaigns but one of my fields isn't updating. We changed a date in CRM 2 days ago and the accounts are supposed to sync every evening but it is still showing the old date in Campaigns. I've checked the mapped fields and the field is now missing from the list. I tried adding it again but I get a message to say that the field is already mapped and it will not allow me to re-add it.

When sending email (I'm using POP, with Mozilla Thunderbird as a client) I cannot send email message or replies. The error which appears states "An error occurred while sending mail. Default Message Sort
The default message sort is to have the oldest message on top. Is it possible to change the default so that the newest message is on top? I know I can sort by hitting "Date", but when I return to a mailbox that I changed, it reverted back to oldest mail on top. Any suggestions? This was last visited in 2014. Maybe an update to the functionality?

I got stuck at the Advanced scripting Tutorial 3 I have copied the code as it is, following the tutorial step by step but the code is not working at calculating the total price of the items.
