Fetch Lead Owner Email and pass into Lead Record
I'm trying to fetch a lead owner's email address and pass it into a custom field that I created whenever a Lead Owner is created/updated. So far, here's what I've come up with: I've been able to grab the lead owners name and lead Owners ID but I'm still not sure how to associate the ID/Name with the Users Email address and then pass it into the lead map. Limiting Class Size/Available Seats For Scheduling Sign-Up App
Doing some planning for a simple application and wanted to make sure I'm going about this the easiest way possible. Purpose of the Application: Allowing people to sign up for seats in our workshops (classes) Information Displayed for Workshops: Date, Time, Location, Name/Topic of Workshop Average Number of Workshops Listed Per Month: 10-15 workshops Number of Seats Per Workshop: 12 Ideally, the display I have set up would allow clients to filter their search results by location (two different locations)

Calendar changes
So our company "projects" all depend on scheduling of the jobs before/after them. If we get rained out one day, that bumps All the jobs after that out one day back since these are All separate projects, it takes up ALOT of time to push them all back a day - not to mention there is no easy way to do it since we have dependency's set in all our projects. Is there a way to MASS move all the projects at once? Or do I have to individually have to move 30+ projects back one day? If I do need to individually
Server error on mobile app
After changing display name on the website, I did as suggested by another thread to clear application data for mobile app in order to have the updated name on email sent from app. After doing that however, I can no longer send mail on the mobile app, it always respond with server error. With webmail and m.zoho it is no problem. HELP!

IMAP server is rejecting due to 'invalid credentials'
This is the second time in 3 days that 'imappro.zoho.com' is rejecting connection attempts and reports back 'Invalid credentials'. It was highly unprofessional to change the address from 'imap.zoho.com' to 'imappro.zoho.com' without ANY notice (i stumbled upon the new address when i started troubleshooting the connection issues on Saturday in my account's IMAP settings) to begin with and the fact that your 'datacenter maintenance/migration' was only announced in a blog on your site which nobody reads
Importing task dependencies from MS Project
Hi, I am currently using the Import tasks option in the Classic view. When I come to the "Associate XLS fields with the task fields " option there is no option to import the dependencies of tasks (predecessors in MSPP) . This becomes a problem as I will need to manually set the dependencies again in Zoho. Is there a workaround for this? Please do let me know. Regards, Gehan
Get start and end times of a timesheet from API
From web interface, it's possible to add a timesheet with a start time and an end time. But from Timesheets API, it's impossible to get these start and end times (we have just total of time). Is there a other way to get start and end times of a timesheet from API?
How to see organization contacts in new UI
I have enabled "Organization Contacts Sync" and added contacts to my address book. But other users cant see the contacts I have added when they navigate to "Contacts" in the new zoho mail UI (https://mail.zoho.com/zm/#contacts). However, if they navigate to the old UI (https://contacts.zoho.com), they can see the contacts listed under "My Organization Contacts". How can we see organization contacts in the zoho mail UI?

Why is my subdomain going in the spam folder?
Good day, I've been trying different recipes but I have a domain I used for development which is no on any blacklist and it keeps falling in the SPAM folder of my Zoho account (when testing on Gmail, it works fine). It also has nothing to do with my email client, as I see the emails directly go into the SPAM folder in the Zoho web interface when all my clients are closed. Since this is a domain used for development, I would prefer to understand the issue before adding whitelists. Here are details:

AB testing - Test Run Duration
Hi there, I've tried to send 2 campaigns today, with an AB testing feature. I've set-up the campaigns as follow: A/B Test Recipients: A 30.0% Recipients B 30.0%Recipients Remaining Recipients: 40% Recipients Winner Type: Open Rate Test Run Duration: 1 hour Testing with: Subject I pressed "Sent" almost 2 hours ago, and the campaign is still processing. Some of the recipients got the email, but it seems that it's being sent to only a few people at the time. Do you know where the problem might be coming
Additional Aliases
I'm finding the 30 alias limit to be constraining. I currently create an alias for every bank, online service, email list, etc. That way, when I quit that service but they continue to contact me I can just delete the alias. This is especially useful when doing something like buying a car--I can get quotes, make the deal, and then delete the alias stopping all the follow-up sales emails. I would like to request the alias limit be raised to something more flexible, like 100. Thanks!

I'd like to insert new lines into strings which should be displayed with msgbox function. I haven't found anything, the constants vbcrlf or vbNewLine don't work.
