Having trouble discovering how to set up automatic forwarding from alias
Hi, I would like to set up automatic mail forwarding from one mailbox alias to another email address outside Zoho. Is this posssible? The only options I can find are to forward all emails from the mailbox address, which I definitely do not want to do. If it is possible to somehow select only one email alias for forwarding, could you please explain to me how to do that. If it is not, could this option be added to Zoho Mail please? Thank you, Prema

We are successfully pulling various properties, but have been unable to pull TAGS with the selectfields parameter. Is retrieving TAGS possible? Has anyone been able to get the twillio sms add on to work? I would live to send text messages to prospects and customers in zoho but I am unable to get the add on to show up on the contact or lead pages. Zoho mail sign up is broken!
Just tried signing up for Zoho free business email hosting. Filled out all information and clicked Sign Up button. Then received an error page saying to contact support. Tab Key Order for leads
I saw a very old response to this question that no longer answers the question so I'm posting again. When i'm entering a new lead it goes left to right when i hit the tab key. Is there a way to set it to go from top to bottom or is my only option to rearrange the fields? Thanks

Hello, We are trying to fill-in the pincode of a customer through an API call. The API returns the values in JSON format such as: {"query":"Delhi","pincode":"110001"} If the pincode cannot be found, the API returns with the values such as: {"query":"Searched Address","pincode":"","error":"Not found"} We get a "Invalid JSON string format" error when address fields are left blank on add customer record form. Change scale for time spent
Is there a way to change the format of the time spent field from hours to minutes? When creating a report with Average or Sum of 'Time Spent by Hours' we notice that Technicians who enter time of less than 1 hour in the Worklog appear in the report as working '0' hours. For example: Technician A closes 4 tickets with 15 minutes spent per ticket. The report shows their time spent as 0 hours instead of a sum of 1 hour. When generating a new hosted page, I am sending over some parameter values for the generation of the hostedpage. How can I show the customer some more info in the hostedpage, so they know what they are actually subscribing to. Can I somehow show in the top part of the hostedpage something like: Subscription: <plan_code> Monthly price: <price> Other: <addon_code> Starting from: <starts_at> Will make the customer more confident of what he is actually subscribe to. Make browser tabs more specific
I'd like to see browser names include the Candidate Name, Job Title, Client Name, etc. depending on the record opened. Right now, I can have five different tabs open for different candidates, but no way of knowing which is which by viewing the tabs. I think LinkedIn is a good example of a website with specific browser tabs.
Real Rich text field
Hello, We really appreciate the option to add a Rich text field instead of an text area. We need these because the text area is parsed as plain text via the XML so all newlines (breaks) are no longer working.
It'll be very useful if we can customize our Quick Action menu. For me I would like to see Recently Viewed (Last 10), as I jump between profiles quite often.
