Unpublish from Job Boards
Hi, I'd like to be able to unpublish only certain job boards, in stead of all of them. As far as I can remember this was possible in the older version. When do you think you can add this to the current version? Thomas.

Mass update of candidate status - one candidate more positions
Hello, could you make a feature to be able to mass update a candidate status of a candidate associated to more than one postions? Now, when the candidate is associated to more positions, we have to change the status one by one, which makes it quite time consuming. Thank you Miroslava

How to Export More than 5000 Records in 2016
Hi, Looking to export more than 5000 records and running into trouble. Existing forum posts say to create a custom view and use the candidate ID field, but that field is no longer a number and is now a string, meaning you can't specify a range anymore. Table > Width setting: how to set None?
Zoho wiki's table formatting features and its UI are generally very impressive and useful. But one issue consistently bugs me. In the Table Properties UI, how do you set the table width to automatic? That is, have it omit the specification of 'width: something' ? I can edit the html to remove that spec from the style="..." attribute, which achieves the desired automatic width effect. Can't set up new email address that start with a name - why?!
Appreciate any help with the below. I have been setting up a series of email addresses through 'Send Mail As'. While I have been able to set up addresses starting with admin@ / sales@ / info@ etc whenever I try and set up an email with certain words or a name (eg. rachel@) I am not sent a verification code. Does anyone know why this might be happening? I have set email addresses up using the Zoho SMTP. Is this even right? Many thanks in advance. Rachel

Can't see my messages
I had a few hundred messages in my inbox, today I can see only 70 of them, going back to 1st January this year. Have tried both the old and new website interfaces. I have been a Zoho Mail user for a number of years and never had this problem. I used to click to a new page by using the pagination icon at top right on the old interface. This now shows only a single page with the 70 recent messages. Zoho's support in reinstating my messages would be appreciated.

Tracking Mailings to Physical Addresses
I am new to Zoho. While I may use the email campaigns eventually if I convert from Constant Contact, right now I would like to continue to send a snail-mailing to physical addresses monthly. How do I track this in Zoho? I may mail different pieces so want to label my snail-mailings so at a glance back I can see who has received what mailings to their physical address from us. Can't edit a contact that was added through the "Add to contacts" option in a mail
As the title says. I added the contact using the "Add to contacts" option. This is not applying the correct name to the contact so I want to edit the contacts, but none of the contacts I added this way are editable. The Edit link does nothing. Can someone fix please?
Spam Control - How to white list a domain?
I'm a web developer and frequently need to send test emails from my applications to my personal email address, which is hosted at Zoho. Despite adding the sending domain to the spam control white list (Control Panel -> Spam Control -> White List -> Domain List), I continually have to get into my spam folder and unflag emails from that domain so that Zoho will usually send them to my inbox normally. Once I unflag a message, Zoho will deliver from that domain for the rest of the day without problems

Downloading Power Point Slide
I upload a powerpoint slide and a pdf version of same file. I share these two files via an email with a link embedded. The email recipient is able to view the pdf file and importantly a link is provided to download the pdf file to the recipent's computer. With the powerpoint slide, no such download link is provided. How can I make this file available to my user for downloading on his/her computer? Also I noticed that zoho docs displays pdf filename as name.pdf but for the powerpoint file name
