Email disabled, cannot access control panel
I recently transferred my domain to a new registrar, then mapped it to Zoho so that I could manage my website and email from within Zoho. When setting up my email, it wouldn't let me use my existing email address which I've had for years, jj@jeffjepson.co.uk, as it said this already existed. This is because I signed up to Zoho years ago but didn't start using any services; so I had to create a new address, jeff@jeffjepson.co.uk. Adding multiple email addresses to SPAM blacklist?
I have many email addresses from another email provider that I have collected over the last years and would like to add them to Zoho's blacklist. I could only find a way to add them one at a time and as I have over 300 addresses that would take way too much time. Is there a way to import them all? Thanks. Dave

how to change name when issuing invoices.
I inherited a generic email account from a previous employee. Now whenever issuing invoices it sends from this - message-service@sender.zohoinvoice.com - and in the old employee name. Is there anyway I can change this, as the previous employee does not know how? The name on zoho email is perfectly fine.

554 554 5.2.3 error when sending SOME emails to my zoho mailbox
My client sent screenshot showing that their test email into a Zoho mailbox failed. See attached. Error code: 554 554 5.2.3 However we have tested sending and receiving and encountered no issue, so the account wouldn't seem to be blocked. So; what could be causing this intermittent error please?
Why Don't I See my Zoho Folders
So, I downloaded Zoho to my cell phone, however, when I look at all of the Docs, Spreads, etc., whatever, there are no folders just all of the files in alphabetical order. What's Up With That? How does Zoho just ignore my folders? They're there for a reason. Also, I saved an edited document in my Zoho cloud, where all my other zoho docs are, and I can see the new edited file on my desktop, but not on my Android that has the lastest version OS available.

Guys, my mailbox is 40% utilization normally and suddenly burst into 938% today, this is wrong, should be some zoho mail error. Please see urgently. Exporting Contacts doesnt include Client Names

Hello I figured out how to sync my personal calendar on my Iphone calendar but the calendar for 2 groups are not showing up? Dear everyone, we are using the zoho-calender for almost 4 years now. Recently we can't see "Details"anymore in the Calender. It's not possible to fill in extra information. When having to update codes/information within a custom field, it currently does not update everyone who has that existing code. This is very frustrating. Not all fields have the "replace" feature. It would be a valuable tool to have.

Can you please add the "Replace" option to all fields, not just the default ones. When updated or replacing information in fields it doesn't properly sync to the existing candidate record and has to be done manually. This can be a time consuming process and difficult when sorting records.

Adding a new card via API and PCI compliance
Hi everyone, there might be something I am missing here, but here is what I understand : if I want to add a card, I see in the API description here that I have to send the card number with my credentials in the headers (company_id + auth_token). If I do that on our server's side, I have to have the customer credit card details hit our server and I am not allowed to do that, because we are not PCI compliant (and we do not plan to be !). The other solution would be to do this from the client's side

Hi guys, I want to build an average hourly revenue report for some period, for example, for a month. If I count it manually for 00:00-00:59 I sum all revenues from 00:00 till 00:59 and divide by number of days I want to get average for. In Zoho Reports I've made an aggregate formula for Sum of Revenue: sum("Sales Raw Data"."Revenue")/count(Distinct(date("Sales Raw Data"."Purchase date"))) and then tried to build a chart with hours on X axis. Dropdown field is showing "Other" option
We have a Creator application where we are tracking Customer's visit activity. Currently the Activity dropdown field has 4 options: Buy - Yes Buy - No Decision Pending Return/Exchange When adding a record, we get the desired 4 options. However, on the edit screen, Creator shows an additional option - "Other" as shown in the image. We suspect it has something to do with the On Load screen of that form but can't really figure out whats the issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
change font size in JD text box - missing?
It seems the text editor for job descriptions is now missing some functions. Even as I write this, the text editor has more functions than those found in the Job description box. thanks Brett
