Hi, i have b.mx.sg domain and created 2 user in it. both are seding email out but not receiving from outside, even i tried internally to send email from one of the b.mx.sg account to other. still it won't get received. Is there any settings i missed here? please guide me further?

Emails not downloading to Outlook, send items working fine
Hi Zoho, The online account of Zoho is working fine, but then the same emails are not getting downloaded to my Outlook setup. The emails were working fine a few days ago, but now they are not getting downloaded. The emails are being sent successfully from Outlook, but not being received in the Outlook inbox (the emails are being received in Zoho online) Please help as to what needs to be done to clear this. I don't know DNS provider
I bought a domain name through zoho. After I made the payment and tried to start configuring the email account linked to the domain I have just bought, I was asked to verify the domain and, to do so, I must do some configurations on my DNS provider. But, I DON'T KNOW who sold me the domain name because I did it all through zoho!!!!!! I'm so desperate because I need that domain working as soon as possible!!!! Please help me!!!! Search on "Draft" folder. It is imperative to our full use of eMail to be able to search on the "Drafts" folder. Not sure why this search would be excluded. Still waiting for this to be included. No CA certificate imports for private HTTPS
No where in the Deluge reference documentation can you find mention of certificates for transport layer security (TLS). Apparently this is because there is no getUrl() support for importing a CA certificate which means that you may only use an https:// scheme with an HTTPS server which has paid a yearly subscription for a certificate from a CA recognized by Zoho.
getUrl() does not support ports other than 80
The Deluge reference page for getUrl() says: "By default, it supports websites running in port 80 and 443." I was dumbfounded when told by Zoho support that it ONLY supports these ports! Apparently the standard URL format of http://host:port/path is not supported at all. It uses port 80 for the http:// scheme and port 443 for the https:// scheme and does NOT do the right thing to allow us to specify the actual port the HTTP server is running on. This obvious shortcoming rules out using Creator

Hi there, Just tried to register a domain I own (apropos-services[dot]nl) for the mail service, but the process gave an error. I received a verification code by sms though, but now if I try to access the mail functionality, it asks me to chose the plan and enter the domain name again and gives back an error saying 'This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho'. In the mean time I managed to set up an account, but that doesn't change the behavior. Could you advice on how to proceed?

Trouble playing a Show presentation from a remote editor loaded in an iframe.
Hello, I have an application that loads the editor url for the Show remote editor into an iframe. This works pretty well with the exception that I am having trouble playing the presentation. When I click the play button, a new window opens to docs.zoho.com/show/present/<id>/slide/<id> but complains that there is no document at that location. If I open the editor url in its own window, I can use the play the presentation as normal. Is playing a presentation from an iframe not supported? Thanks!
