What to do once potential sale has been made?
Could someone explain what I can do with my Potentials once they have been won and are closed? I don't want to lose them from the system but can't see how to archive them...
Maintaining Customisation
I currently subscribe to Contacts Manager and have customised fields done. I am thinking of upgrading the CRM Enterprise because of the enhanced features and primarily for the Reports. Can I export/import the contact record data and have the customised field data and emails go across to CRM? I also have emails currently set up with our company email address/signature for users and want to keep without having to redo the set up in Email. Thanks

Hello, Any query leads to error code 4422. I have been writing some PHP code to get access to some data stored in our Zoho CRM following the Developer API Help pages but I keep getting the error code 4422: There is no data to show, no matter which query I send. My code worked above few days ago, and now dont. I change nothing in it. Can it be connected with new Zoho UI update? SMTP send error "Sender Address Blocked"
I thought I had posted earlier about this, but do not see this message anywhere. I'm still seeing, "Unable to connect SMTP server:smtpout.mail.zoho.com Reason:Authentication failed:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked" When sending to any address. I've not seen any bounce messages come back, so I'm not sure what I did to trigger this condition. Can you please unblock me? Thanks, Duca
Start Session isn't working in Windows desktop client
Since the latest client update on my Win 10 PC (zohotray.exe 1.0.2.7 23/5/16) I can't Start Session. Nothing happens in the window when I click. It works ok when you right-click the system tray icon, bottom right, and choose Start Session there. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Any other thoughts? Thanks, Mike.

Site Changes
I have created some changes on my site. They show up on the preview site page but they do not actually show up on my website. Also, I would like to change my page layout from one column to two columns. I have followed directions but it is not responding. Are these common problems? Is response time, continuously slow? I am excited to move my site to Zoho for easy CRM and workflow but if the site is this slow I will be forced to go back to wordpress. -Kerry

Hello, I am trying to create a website which has a single long page with different sections(not different pages). For example "product, applications, workflow, contact us" etc. I would like a menu bar at the top which links to different sections of the same page. When the user clicks "product" it should scroll down to that section. Also as the page scrolls the menu bar should be still available (frozen) for the user to jump to different sections. When we implemented the application, the previous administrator did a mass invitation to contacts (many of which are not valid). The status is sitting at "Reinvite." Our clients are limited in the number of support portal users that they can have for the customer portal. We need a way to rescind these invitations and clean up the system. Android App - can not open any unattended computers from list
Hi One of our employees has 3 x computers in his unattended list, available and working from the computer / web based system without problem. However in the Android App he can not click to open any of these computers, it simply does nothing, tap on the computer name (online with green icon) and literally nothing happens. He has a Nexus 5X phone on Android 6.0.1 However I myself have a HTC 10 also on Android 6.0.1 and it works fine. Any ideas what we can try on his phone?

Can't Send Mail Using Thunderbird - Getting 'Relay disallowed' error (Zoho)
For some reason, I am unable to send any emails from my @kindnessagency.com account from Thunderbird. The two emails I have setup with Zoho are info@kindnessagency and jesse@kindnessagency.com Getting this error: I can receive emails in Thunderbird, I just can't send. Settings in Thunderbird appear to be correct. I can send and receive emails in Zoho-webmail without any problem. Just can't send with Thunderbird. Been trying to resolve for hours. Please help!
"Sent" Email Status
I have sent few emails to customers who have gmail.com address using zohocrm. We ourselves use google apps. Few of these customers have gmail address. Our welcome emails and "quote request ack" emails are showing "opened" status but emails which contain quote for product are still showing "sent" after two days. There are some people how try to send me email but it does not go through to me. For most people it works fine sending email to me from their non-zoho emails but for others it does not work. Any ideas on what is causing this?
