Zoho CRM webmerge integration
I am trying to setup an integration with webmerge to automatically generate documents using information from my zoho crm. In order to link the fields to the template, I set up a webhook with URL paramaters for each linked field. The Parameters in standard format are limited to 10 fields. When I append custom parameters to link 5 more fields, those fields are not passing along the information to the merged document. please assist.

Unable to add .com domain to my mail hosting
I am unable to add a .com domain to my email hosting account, it gives me the error "Free domains with extensions such as .tk, .cf, .ml are not supported" Last time I checked, .com domains were not among those which qualify as 'free'. I submitted a support request 2 days ago, but have heard nothing in response.

I ve enjoyed your free services for the past 3 months, I believe the product has great potential and you guys will do better in the future if you continue to work on optimizing the service. However, yesterday I almost lost 2 clients and went through tremendous mental stress for not being able to send / receive emails from my business account. Cannot view full text of email
Hi I cannot view the full text of some emails in my inbox and in my sent items. In the list of emails I can see the start of the text but when i click on the email to open it it appears blank?
Email forwarding
I have my email from Zoho forwarded to my gmail account. Lately gmail is sending me messages that they couldn't forward certain emails (mail forward failure) because their system has detected an unusual rate of unsolicited mail originating from my IP address. To protect their users from spam, mail sent from my IP address has been temporarily rate limited. I come to zoho mail, but those messages are not in my inbox or any other folder. Why there's not record in zoho of those emails? Thanks Sandra
Removing deactivated users
When our Zoho Support was installed, we somehow had a bunch of email addresses pulled in and setup as users by accident. They have all been deactivated, but now I need to remove them - how do I do that?

Problem forwarding email to gmail
Hi - I've searched the forums and it seems like a few people are having the same problem over the last week or so. The problem is that email cannot be forwarded because of 'an unusual rate of unsolicited mail' originating from the IP address. Below is the full transcript. Zoho can't verify the domain name
Hi, Zoho is unable to verify my domain name (rudidias.com.br), in both TXT and CNAME methods. It's been more than 24h that I added the original DNS records. I've double checked the records (zb14701619), both are showing up when I dig the domain but zoho doesn't seem to see it... Any help would be appreciated.

Question about titles of the pivot view
I have created a simple pivot view and I have a question about titles of the view. Title is a link to a table where I can see the data used in column. In table there is same row multiple times. Why is that? Number of rows is 295 which is more than a summary in my pivot view.
Customer "Super User" Functionality
When we implemented, we understood that the next release would include a "super user" type of functionality to allow selected contacts at the client site to see all tickets for their organization. I do not see that functionality in the new version that you have out for trial. If I were to gauge my clients #1 complaint about your application, this is it. Can I please get a status on this?
Unable to Edit "Show to Customer" on Comments
We previously had an option to edit the Comments to "Show to Customer" or "Hide from Customer". It looks like that functionality is no longer available. We have many situations where a comment is added and the agent neglected to check the box. There are also situations where we need to hide comments where the discussion is internal to our agents and development team. When we implemented your application everything was imported incorrectly and we have been working on cleaning it up, but now cannot.

Chrome with New UI
Hi I am using chrome as my default browser and it's good that it remembers the inputs when I first typed and will save me time from doing it again as most of them are repeated. But when upgraded to new UI, without doing anything to my chrome setting, this feather disappeared. This is very inconvenient for us as when we send out emails I use to have the addresses memorized by chrome and only choose which to use. But now I hv to manually type these out. Can anyone help me out here, this is very important.

Project lets every user even the contractors see EVERY detail of every conversation and tasks between managers and clients. Getting to a Project from the Gantt Chart and Calendar
While you can get to the actual Task by clicking on a task in the Gantt chart or the Calendar, there is no way getting to the actual Project from that particular task to see the task in context to the others in that project. For example when you click and open up a task from the Gantt chart (or Calendar) it opens the task in a pop-up window and lists the Project as a text field on the top right hand corner. However, if you need to get to that particular project, you need to close the window go back

Disable Late Fees
I would like to migrate to Zoho Books. However, I'm not going to disable late fees on Zoho Invoice. I need this feature and I have several invoices pending that have late fees attached. Instead of asking me to disable, please fix your issues and make late fees compatible with Books. Otherwise I'm going to Quickbooks.
