Get subscription invoice PDF via API
This one is kind of duplicate, but please read in complete before marking or judging so. I am pretty sure I am making some client code mistake but not sure what. I tried the same from Postman client - it shows PDF to save but the PDF does not open. Zoho Project & Books Integration
Along with Books I'm also a CRM+ user so I have Projects as part of my subscription. I have the integration enabled and can definitely send some details from Projects to Books however the integration is pretty minimal at this point. If there any plans to enable things such as: Role Rates - in a project I may have an Engineer, a Consultant, etc. each role is a different billable rate. I don't see a way to may this happen in a project that would translate to invoicing the customer in Books Billable

Hi, I am trying to import only Potentials information at this stage (using a csv file) into CRM. I want to use only the Potentials section of the CRM. When I import, I want to add contact details (name, email) from within Potentials. (Need to add this info, since I wish to send bulk emails to them). I can't get email on my Mac if mail on iPhone is open!
If I have my mail program open on my phone, I can't get mail on my computer. It says "The mail server denied access to the account “••••••••••••” because an administrator or other mail client was using it when Mail tried to log in. Try again later." Is there a way to fix this? I sometimes need both open.

Zoho calendar not syncing with Thunderbird
Last week I realized that I could setup my Thunderbird email client/calendar to sync with my zoho calendar. I went through the setup steps but the two calendars have not been able to synchronize. I have tried to sync a new calendar and I am told that I am already linked to the zoho calendar. I am also not able to delete the calendar. What can I do to fix this issue? Bryan

Sharing text to Notebook removes line breaks
I'm migrating notes from Evernote to Zoho Notebook by selecting all the text in a note in Evernote, choosing the Share... command in the menu that appears over the selection, and selecting Notebook as the destination. Unfortunately, all of the line breaks get removed from the text in the process, so in Notebook it's all run together as one paragraph. This isn't an Evernote bug: if I share the text to Mail, the mail message has the line-breaks in it. So it's the Notebook sharing extension that strips

ZOHO Mail not working again
I keep getting this error: Reason:java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not generate DH keypair. I have discussed with the support department and they have blamed my email account provider. I called and discuused with my email provider and they say it is not on their end. They have to be correct as I can send and receive with several other email programs at the same time that Zoho does not work. I hope they can fix this problem as it has been ongoing for some time now. Bobby

Can't enter applicable tax rate on items
I'm new to Zoho, and am trying to set up my items. I have three different sales tax rates, depending on how the sales items are classified. The documentation clearly describes how to do what I need, but my item screen does not have the option to assign one of my tax rates to the items. What am I missing?

Hi I am posting this on behalf of my client who owns this account. It appears that on the 7th of July a number of spam messages have been sent from the account without the owner's knowledge. It looks like Zoho have shutdown SMTP access for the account because of this. However, I strongly believe that the spam email has originated from Zoho itself and not from my client's machines. If I try to re-enable SMTP access from the account's control panel then I get a message saying "Operation permitted
