I would like a report to track my historical close rates (how many of my potentials have successfully converted). Any suggestions on how to generate this report? Thanks!

Our tech guys have updated the SPF/DKIM on June 27 - I cannot "Verify" the update . They reported "spf query tool now shows you have a valid spf record" Can someone please help me either identify the problem or provide an alternate method of verifying the someonewith.com url? Thank you - Carolyn

Hello, can I customize the job titles in my email body? For example, I can use mail merge tags to say Dear First Name Last Name, etc. Can I use a tag for "title" so I can say Dear Doctor, or Dear Director, or Dear Manager, etc..?

Can't Restrict Records by Role
Previously I was able to set reports up so that a User could only view the Records of people with the same Role. That no longer appears to be the case, and support is saying that feature never existed...but it has been like that for the past 6 months.

Remainders in iPhone native App and Zoho Tasks
I am using Zoho mail as an exchange account what is perfect to me. I can sync mail and calendars with no problem but Reminders do not sync. I mean if I create a new reminder in my iPhone (iOS 8.0.2) Reminders native App It does not appear in the task section in my mail account. And also if I create a task in my mail account it does not appear in my iPhone native app. What may be the problem? (Sync reminders is enabled in my iphone)

New projects not showing up in Android app
When I first installed the Android app, all projects were loaded and they appear in the project list when I tap the filter on top of the screen. But projects created after that don't show up on that list. I receive notifications from those projects, and I can see their tasks when I select all active projects. But I can't see those projects on the list to filter. Any solution?

I have a new domain "academiapedrofernandes.com.br" and registered user "patricia@academiapedrofernandes.com.br" at zoho. But this was not a valid email. after that I registered my personal gmail and I verified the domain. Hi, I sent a support request the today and, 26 June, and one time before then and have not yet had a response. I created the group committee@pawsandclawsadoptions.com.au - everyone verified their email and their is one internal email - admin@pawsandclawsadoptions.com.au. Create paid invoice and send to client
Hi, I am trying to create a paid invoice through API. I set the balance to 0 and tried setting the invoice status to paid as well. Is there a way to do this without calling payment API as an additional step. Also I am not able to send the invoice email to the contact even though the email id is set in the contact in zoho books. I tried adding the contact_id in contact_persons and it complains of invalid id. I have marked send = true in query params when calling the API. I also get this error message

Hi, I am facing an issue, I receive mails, but in particular mail that is generated from my website contact us page does not reach me. I have redirected the mails to my personal EMail address, and there it does. Also I send promotional mails to my customers, using Third Party Mailing Solution (MailChimp), those mails also does not reach me. Not sure what other mails do I miss due to issues in Zoho.
