Hi Zoho, I have a script adding records to a form. in this script, after adding the record to the main form, I need to get its ID in order to insert data to its subforms using bidirectional lookup. Since the records are inserted automatically, it happens very quickly, so a fetch that is sorted by Added_Time does not work. I don't want to use fields entered by the user since they can be identical. Any idea how can I get the last added ID? the script look like this: for each EachIDforImport in Vals_for_Import_ID_List

delete record doesn't always work
Hi Zoho, I have a form with a subofrm in it. When I delete a row from the subform and submit the form, the row is deleted from the main form entry but stays in the subform report. To fix this, I have added a "delete record" script on "on delete row" for the subform under the main form, so on delete row it deletes it from the subform report too. hi, in my creator i have a form "QUOTES" with the email of the company. The company has an access to the customer portal with the same email. i create a view on QUOTE with criteria (Email == zoho.loginuser) but when the company is connected on the portal she can see all quotes and not as his own. Zoho mail in Outlook 2016: Exchange (ActiveSync) or IMAP?
I recently created a Zoho email account. Now I want to configure email access for my desktop client, Outlook 2016 running on Windows 10 64Bit. The default suggestions by Zoho is to setup connection via IMAP, however this would not sync contacts or calendars. Any reason why I should NOT setup email in Outlook via Exchange ActiveSync using the msync.zoho.com mail server? Thanks! Pablo

Quick question, but perhaps I am not remembering correctly. Can I setup my DNS to access mail.zoho.com using mail.mydomain.com? I made a simple test and it did not work, just shows a blank page... Is it not possible or did I do something wrong?

Zoho Survey Not displaying
Hello, I have created a copy of two surveys. One with integration with ZOHO CRM and one without integration. The survey that has integration is set up to feed new customers directly into our CRM contacts module after they complete the survey. I have mapped the fields in the CRM to the fields in the survey. The issue is that once I enable integration, the survey does not display and only displays a blank white page. ZOho Test Survey - this page only appears blank to me and I can not see the survey

How to display Contact View sorted by last name?
I am used to my contact lists sorted alphabetically by last name and in Zoho it displays first and then last. I tried creating a view and on the right column putting the last name first and then the First Name second but it still displays "first last". What am I missing?
