Alterning Contacts preview info in Accounts
When in an account, is there a way of changing the information supplied in the previews on contacts at the bottom of the page? IE fax number is not necessary but i would like to see job title.
Resend welcome email to admin who setup ZOHO
I need to send the welcome email that was sent to me when I setup the account. I cannot email thru ZOHO becuase it says "Please confirm your account registration". I do not remember receiving an email when I setup ZOHO and looked thru my deleted items. There is not an option to resend to the admin?? Thanks
Can I add more than 1 email address in Leads?
When I import I sometimes have multiple email addresses, however I am told to enter a "valid email" if there is more than one populated.

Standard Field Label Has Been Changed
I changed the Leads module to a new name Power Partners. Now the Lead Source field label in the Contacts module has been changed to Partners Source. Not sure how that happened, but I want to change it back to Lead Source. How do I do that?
Combine Customer Accounts
From time to time we find that one of our users has added an account for a customer, however that customer account already exists. This is not an issue if there are no notes or activities, however it becomes an issue when we find multiple accounts for one customer and both accounts have notes and / or tasks assigned. A similar situation happens when one customer gets purchased by another.... Is it possible to combine two customer accounts?

can not upload photos into campaigns

Import images in my campaign
Goodmorning, I have a problem with my Zoho campaign : I create a new campaign and I want to import an image in my e-mail. Because it's a campaign that I have "clone" i clic on "change the image" and then I choose in my computer the image that I want. What I dont understand is that I do it as usual but now it tells me "Unable to download image from specified URL." yet I didn't clic on this option. I have tried a several times and even disconnect my zoho account for a while but it didnt change anything.
ZOHO Suite Alternatives
Considering the several Zoho Mail Server problems for the past six months, is there a good alternative to the Zoho Suite of Apps and/or ZohoMail/CRM? I do appreciate their free and paid version services, however their lack of proactive response to issues has made me think of leaving the Zoho Platform. I would hate to do so, since I've been suing it for the past three years but loosing business for not receiving email on time is detrimental. What say you all? ~ Riccardo

Login Problem
When I try to login to Zoho Creator, it seems like it is stuck in a loop. If I go to other Zoho applications, I am logged in, but when I go to Creator, it keeps refreshing my screen without going into Creator. We have business data that is needed for daily operations. Please help!

How to manually set timesheet entry to Billed?
I have a project where the billing is based on the project hours... with a twist. The twist being that at the end of the month, I look at my Timesheet entries, sum up all the project hours, and then I round them up to the nearest half-day (a half-day being 4.5 hours). When I am creating the invoice monthly, I am creating it manually (not generated through the project) so that I can edit the amount accordingly. Only problem is, there seem to be no way of manually flagging timesheet entries as Billed!!
