Somehow my email account was disabled. I am able to login to other services offered from zoho, but not email. Account not active it say:)

Hi. I am playing with a way to send reminders to my customers based on them choosing a number of days between them on a form. I have put a form on our website with compulsory name, email and days between reminders. My question is that the email is probably going to be the unique identifier and if they want to go back and change the days i would either end up with two entries. My question what is the best way of dealing with this. I would like them to just update existing info.

Hello, I want to create a new record (Stock1) On Success ( form form Orders) (I know how to do this), then return the Auto Number of the new record created (Stock1) and record it in the form (Orders). This does not have to be On Success, it could be On User Input from another field. How do I do this?

Poor Photo Quality
Hi When using the camera on a device to upload an image to a form (File Upload) I am getting very low quality. When I previously tested the resolution was 800x600 now it is 75x100. I can't find any settings to adjust this. I have made sure the camera settings are high, and tested on 2 different devices. Why is this happening? Thanks Richard

sensing and receiving emails not work
Hello, I have problems in sending and receiving emails on my two zoho accounts. Just happen the last two days. I can find some of the emails in ->Mail Administration, Troubleshoot, RetryMail. Saying host not reachable. Anyone an idea how this could happen? Mark
Permission Bug in Products
There is a permission bug in Products, may be its there in other modules but I found it in products only. The user who do not have permission to change the record owner... Can NOT change the product owner when the record is open BUT Can change the product owner from the product list, select the product >> more actions >> change owner (done) -- Seriously what is this?

Emails to Outlook.com are not getting delivered
I am using PHPMailer Library for sending mails to new user. it works fine with gmail accounts. however, users with @outlook.com are not receiving the mails. I added CC to the zoho account and the mail is getting delivered to CC'ed account but no the original account. Also, there is a lot of delay in delivering the mail to gmail. observed that it takes minimum of 5-10 min for the mails to reach the inbox. cannot receive email from wordpress
My email address is info@epiphanyofdance.ca and i can receive any personal email, but i am not able to receive the email sent from my website (a Wordpress plugin). it is via ip-166-62-37-246.secureserver.net. My MX record is correctly set(only 2 records there). Anyone have same issue?

Unable to verify domain with hover
I'm not sure what happened to my post. The page just suddenly closed, so hopefully this is not duplicated. I can't verify and access my domain tinasquire.org with Hover. At one time I had verified the domain and added a second user, but now it's like none of that has happened. On the Control Panel Dashboard, I see tinasquire.org listed, but total domains is listed as 0, and I have 0/25 bonus users. On Domains, if I try to add my domain, it says that it already exists. It shows no domains configured.
Service cahrges and tax
Hi. I've added a receipt/expense for a meal and need to edit the total value to include the service charge. The meal is a taxable item, the service isn't. How do I alter the expense value to cover the service without the tax automatically increasing to match? Thanks Paul

Feedback regardin fixing a user account glitch

I've trial the platform for about a year just to see in what way I can integrate it into our business. It was a long process and finally found some areas where this platform is more than the perfect fit. Everything worked fine and have completed an application demo to present to the business. Account Temporarily Blocked - Please FIX!
Hello. Today when I arrived at work Outlook reported my account is temporarily blocked for IMAP use. This may happen if you exceed the maximum number of simultaneous IMAP connections allowed. The only electronic device using IMAP is my one computer at work with Outlook on it. It was suspended when I arrived at work, so I'm not even sure it had any open connections. This appears to be a widespread issue with your service. Please fix it for us. - Jason

read receipt not working
Hi. I have read the notes for Zoho that says go tick the box to request read receipt but it does not appear to be working when it goes to another email I have. It is not asking me to send the sender a read receipt. Help!

Integrate Data into Zoho Reports
I want to be able to get my ticket data from Zoho Support and have it loaded into Zoho Reports so I can include it with our other reports on some KPI dashboards. I see we can use the API to communicate between the two but I don't know where to begin. Are there any examples of how to do this? I recently ran into a problem. There are certain characters I cannot pass in an HTML page parameter because it causes errors. Some are obvious "&,+" some are less obvious "#". I want users to input a form. And then I made a custom HTML page to display their results. Have Fields from the Contact record lookup automatically in a custom created module
Hello, I am wondering if it is possible to have fields auto-populate for a contact within a custom created module. So I have created a custom module called "Weigh-ins". I am trying to figure out the best solution of calculating the total weight loss since the initial weigh in but there is no way to create a formula field that grabs a value from somewhere else and uses it. Wondering if not possible in CRM and maybe Zoho creator might be a better route. Please help! Thanks!
