Eliminating Duplicates
I see that it is possible to eliminate duplicates from certain views, such as leads. I cannot find a way to easily eliminate a duplicate account or contact. Is there a way to do this? Bob Leeds
Cannot add users to Mail / unable to connect to messaging servier
Hi, I just signed up our business for Zoho Mail following a recommendation from a client. However having verified the domain and changed MX records, which both worked well and fast. I am now not able to add users. For the last hour I keep getting the message "unable to connect to messaging server, try again now". What is wrong? Anything I am not doing right? Help is highly appreciated. Thanks.
API limits for ZOHO Invoice
Hi I really need to know the API rate limits for ZOHO Invoice. Why are these not listed in the API Help documentation? Is there a per minute rate limit? A per day rate limit? How do I change the Currency Base for my organisation
Hi I'm an Australian Based Company that charges and account in USD (US clients) I'm unable to change the currency base in Zoho Invoices - it appears all options are "locked" and cannot be changed Have followed any forums help topic I can find but as above - all options are either locked or does not exist - this is a new organisation registered with Soho - there is zero data and still trying to get pass this step. so the question is does SOHO invoices support companies registered in one country

I created 2 Zoho CRM instances to evaluate Zoho CRM. I would like to delete one of the instances which was created by ariel@brillix.co.il. Hello, I just noticed that suddenly nearly all my mails and and all my folders are gone (in webmail as well as in thunderbird which connects via IMAP). Just a few mails that used to be in my inbox now are in drafts folder. As I did not do anything I suppose this is a zoho problem?
Use Tax
I can't seem to figure out how to get use tax to work. I have one new item in my credit card bank feed of $870. How do I show I owe tax payable of $59.81 (which would be due next year) so the total is $929.81? Setting up a bill and make two payments gives me a negative in the tax payable which messes up the sales tax collected which is positive. Trying to just do an expense on it with tax exclusive doesn't work as the amount doesn't match up with the bank feed and it refuses to accept it. What am
Can't edit dashboards
Hi, I'm trying to edit the dashboards that I've created but I can't. I'm not receiving any error message. Using Chrome - When editing "my dashboards" I receive a blank page instead of the dashboard page. Using IE - I'm able to see the dashboard and start the "Edit" process, once I want to add an image into it, the pop up window never insert the image. Any idea? Thanks in advance Luis

OpenURL not working "On Edit - On Success"?
Hi Zoho, On one of my forms I have an OpenURL command both "On Add - On Success" and "On Edit - On Success". The script: openUrl("#Page:" + input.Project_Name + "_" + "Legal" + "_" + input.Ship_Name, "same window"); (input.Project_Name and input.Ship_Name are both mandatory fields) When adding an entry the openurl is working fine. Hi, I have a schedule to send a daily email to al empleoyees, I would like to have an image in this email acording to the company identity, but, when I try using the Insert image icon in the send mail interface in the script builder, it doesn,t save the changes. Add custom field to hosted pages?
Hi! I'd like to collect more information from subscribers when they sign up for a subscription through hosted pages (for example, what school they went to, their t-shirt size, etc.). Is this possible? If so, how do I do this? I see how to create custom fields attached to customers, but those custom fields don't show up on the hosted pages. Let me know–thanks!
"Click Through" legal agreement possible?
Hi! On hosted pages I'd love to have more than just a link to to the terms of services, I'd love to have a proper "click through" agreement embedded on the page. Something like this (https://termsfeed.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/apple-yosemite-eula-accept-2.jpg), but it doesn't have to have pop ups or anything–just the entire terms embedded on the page with the confirmation check box underneath it. Is this possible with Zoho Subscriptions hosted pages? Let me know–thanks!

Changing the Reference for a Lookup Field
Hi. I am new to Zoho Creator and taking over an existing project. I noticed that a page is not working correctly due to a Lookup Field pointing to the wrong page. I have updated my display name - but no change happened?

Setting up Email Groups
I have a number of email accounts with different domain names linked to my Zoho Account and wish to set up a PUBLIC EMAIL GROUP for one of my email accounts ie ENTRANTS@DOMAINNAME2.COM but I cannot do this as it is forcing me to do it as ENTRANTS@THEMAINDOMAINNAMEONZOHOACCOUNT.COM How can I get it to allow me to do it for one of the other domain names I have an email account for ?

Drupal Webform Zoho CRM API Integration, Append to Select Records, not Overwrite Records
Greetings, We have Drupal 7 webform submissions integrated into Zoho CRM using the Zoho API (see attached custom.module.txt). When a Drupal webform is completed, the webform submission via the Zoho API creates a new Lead in the Zoho CRM Leads page. Since most web site visitors complete multiple webform submissions, to avoid duplicate Lead entries, we check if the Lead email address exists (this works great), if the Lead/email address exists, we would ideally like to "append" to select existing records/fields
Product Sell-in Dates
A feature that would assist our company is one that would track the date a product was added to an account. If in the Product view within the Account record we could see when that product was added to that account, that could help us track commissions and effectiveness of promotions, etc.
delays with email
Has anyone else experienced issues with delays in emails. I use zoho email for my company email, and usually they arrive in 3-10 minutes, however from time to time it takes 2-4 hours and then all of a sudden they all come in. sometimes up to 12 hours late. I can send emails no problem during this time. Just curious if any one else has this problem.
