Sync Zoho CRM from mobile to cloud not working....
I am having problems with the mobile Zoho CRM App on my iPhone. Sync from the cloud to mobile works fine, but not the other way around. Any changes I make on my laptop can be seen on my phone App, but the notes I add on the phone don't sync up to the lap top. I have a week's worth of visit notes that I have entered (and are still visible) in my phone but they are not syncing with the Cloud. I don't want to press "Reset" in the mobile app as that will wipe out all my un-synced notes. Any suggestions

Forms on Mobile Browsers Not Working

Absolute beginner but I've spent hours trying to get Fetch Records when selecting a field in Form B. I simply want other fields in Form B to be populated based on selection of data in Form A. I've got a header-level custom action that works on all the selected records in the view. Is there any way to prompt once for a parameter that should be used for all the selected records? I'm trying to follow the instructions at the page https://www.zoho.com/campaigns/help/create-campaign.html in order to create my first email campaign but I get stuck at the first step: To create a new campaign,Click the Email campaigns tab (next to the Home tab), and then click Create Email Campaign or Click the Home tab --> Getting Started --> Create Email Campaign I can't find any "Email campaigns" tab in the top tabs (grey bar I guess) and I can't find any "Create Email Campaign" in the home page.

Email: "Insert Table" keeps resizing the cells as I type
I want to insert a table with 14 rows and 5 columns. Easy. As I type in each of the cells, the cells keep resizing as the more characters are inputted. Frustrating. How do I keep the cells to stay/keep/maintain the initial size if all the small amount of characters fit into the cell?

Mail Boxes in new version shows (undefined) and (NaN)
In the new version of Mail, all of the mailboxes are showing "undefined" and "NaN" rather than the number of unread emails. Sure makes it hard to know if I need to check a particular mailbox.
Can't log into my account

How to I properly do a manual entry? For a test, I logged an "Expense" to account "Office Supplies". What confuses me, is the "Paid Through" field. Duplicate record - problem with relations
I cannot use the duplicate function because duplicate records are 100% identical (except ID) -> other app users cannot see difference between old and new record. This is problem with some forms that have lookup/relations. The relation records are attached to the old/original record (as it should be), but users might mix up new and old record. Solution: A duplicate record should have added some text in key text field (e.g. ....Copy or ..... 2)
Submissions from Indeed.com not coming through after upgrade
We performed the upgrade yesterday. Post upgrade, any candidate who submits from indeed.com does not appear in Zoho recruit. We were receiving about 10 an hour from indeed... now 0 since the upgrade. Image issues
New to Zoho , but I am having difficulty using the Image fields. I can not get a report to show images at any other size than small, I have applied different sizes to the form, different sizes to the report, made sure they were the same. What I really want to do is use the record summary option to customize the layout and size of my images on the report but they don't even render when I go this route. Am I missing something simple somewhere in my configuration
Mail STILL not working - emails still not being received
This is now the fourth week of this and still our emails are being trapped. We've had assurances from Zoho that they've fixed this, unfortunately it's not the case. How much longer do we stick with this before migrating elsewhere? We have loved Zoho in the past but this really isn't tenable for a business :-(
