Impossible to add a new domain
Hello, I have a problem to add a new domain to my mail panel. I have added only 3 domains and while adding a new one, i got a message: "You have reached the free domain limit" Earlier i had 4 added domains, i deleted 1 domain and i got the message again. What is wrong? Please help me. RWK

Creator/Support Integration <response> data type is incorrect?
While trying to integrate Creator with Support, I have determined either the online documentation is incorrect or the return response data type is incorrect. Here is the reference document: https://www.zoho.com/creator/help/script/get-records-support.html The above doc states that the return response data type should be a "MAP" in the Syntax section. where, <response> is the map variable returned as response. Could you please open a ticket with Zoho and request your CNAME details, another possibility would be to remove your domain from Zoho and verify it again. Hello, I would need to know how many users can have the administrator/standard/guest/recruiter status with the standard version of Zoho. Candidates Profile is not available when they log back in
is anyone else experiencing the same problem? when a candidate registers they complete the candidate registration form. then when they log back in for a second time their information has disappeared so they have to complete the registration form details all over again.............. has this feature been removed? Candidates should not have to fill their details in every time they search for a job!
New Comments and History Update
The update to the "Comments and History" section needs to be changed back! Our company relies on that section being easily visible when looking at an invoice. We use this section several times a day to understand if the product from that invoice has been send to our distributor. This is imperative for us. Please help!

DomainKey is available, DKIM is not
https://www.zoho.com/campaigns/help/setup-spf-dkim.html If you go to that page, it gives a wrong impression that DKIM can be setup with Zoho mail. And I believe, as of now Zoho mail supports DomainKeys and not DKIM. I am pretty sure developers at Zoho knows the difference between DomainKey and it's successor DKIM. Zoho mail is good, however, either you should start DKIM support... or may be update the main website with accurate information. It will help people like me save time rather than going

Using hotmail and zoho emails at the same time for one domain
Dear All, I have tried to find a solution many days but I wasn't successful. Now I use three emails with hotmail provider. They stopped supporting any changes with emails or adding new emails. I wanted to have one more email, so moved to office 365 but they are too expensive for my purpose and I had trouble with running both clients. Now I started using Zoho, set up all records successfully and tried to send an testing email to my emails. The email got back to me and wasn't delivered, see below

Function applied over invalid expression
Hi, I am trying to calculate various fields in a subform and am hitting the above error. The calculations work when I am in the subforms original form but when I alter the forumla for the subfield I get an error message I have isolated a simple example that if solved I could use for the actual formulas that are more complex (but not by much) in the original form the set variable would go Start_Hr_num = input.Start_Hr.toLong() that works but in the subform I am trying to use row.Start_Hr_num = row.Start_Hr.toLong()

Hi Team, I use Instapage.com for my landing pages. This provides integration to Zoho CRM for Lead creation. I want to trigger a Zoho Campaigns auto responder as soon as the lead completes the sign up form on the landing page. The problem I have is that the periodic sync between Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaign is only once a day. How can I trigger the Zoho Campaigns Auto Responder instantly. I add products to contact records in a related list. My products change often, so I have a custom check box field to indicate if the product is active (True) or inactive (False). Is there a way to have only Active products display in the lookup when adding products to a related list?

Setting up Zoho Mail on BlueMail phone app
I'm trying to setup my Zoho mail account on the BlueMail phone app. It's been a breeze setting up and managing all other email accounts. Now that I'm working on this Zoho account however, and it's having me enter server settings, it seems like I've hit a brick wall. I no longer receive emails from myself from my server. Whenever a customer buys something from me, I have my server send me an email from myself to let me know, but for some reason they are not getting through to my zoho account. I can use other email services and it works, but it has stopped working for my zoho account for some reason.
