I have not been able to attach files since Tuesday! Is there something wrong with system?
Lead to Contact
This has been asked before, but I can't seem to find a good resolution. When I get mail, the sender gets placed in CRM as a "Lead". If that person is not a lead (e.g. a partner company), I still want them in my contacts. How can I move that "Lead" to a "Contact"? If I delete the lead and manually create the contact, will I lose all my history with that person? It seems silly not to be able to "downgrade" a lead... Thanks, Lee

In our company, we follow the exact same procedure with each customer. Is it possible to set up Zoho to automatically create a series of tasks when entering a new contact or lead?
Add Notes to Report - Customize a Field
Is there a way to add a customized field to the Potential Work or Open Potential Reports that is not already listed. I would like to capture the notes I've entered on my Contacts tab to show up on the weekly report. I use the Zoho CRM service. Thanks!

Audio widget will not scrub and restarts
When I upload a MP3 and use the audio widget or hyper link. The end user using safari or google chrome can't scrub the audio. It just keeps restarting. Also the audio plays to around 30 minutes and then keep restarts and never makes it to the end. Please help!

Getting 2 images next to each other on mobile view (with links working)
Need some help please... Not sure how to do what I need, basically I have a bunch of images each that needs to link to different pages, this is fine in a "normal" website as I can put 4/5 images next to each other using "columns" so 15 images will only take up 3 lines so won't take up much viewing space, however when switching to "mobile" view they each appear under each other which means lots and lots of scrolling to see all the images to find the one to "click" which is impractical for my needs.

Stateless form read only field
Using a stateless form, how can a readonly field be displayed? I'd like users to be able to see a numeric field and a rich text field but not modify them. If I put the information in a Notes field, it can't be modified but it doesn't line up like the rest of the fields. This is for a survey.
