Lost access to Sites
Please help! I changed the super user account for Zoho and now I've lost access to my site. The Zoho URL for my sitebuilder is https://sitebuilder-50085726.zohositescontent.com/builder. The old super admin account number is 57594498 and the new one is 242083202. Can anyone help?
IMAP Setup
I am trying to setup IMAP access. When I go to the web page to do so (https://www.zoho.com/mail) there is no settings link and no way to activate IMAP. Authentication to imap.zo.com fails even though the login credentials are correct.

Font color in form fields
I can't find where to change the font color for the Contact Form text input field, and have tried to find in CSS editor but no luck. The background of the Contact Form is white, and so is the font color. Can't see where you are typing. I would appreciate help with this
How Do I Change the Color of the Text on the TABS
I read a post on how to change the color of the tabs themselves by adding a line to custom CSS which worked great and did that, but want to change the color of the "selected" tab. It defaults to the colors of the theme which is kind of a brownish. I would like to change the text colours on both the selected and the unselected tabs. Any help would be appreciated. Embedded Youtube Videos Won't Show Buttons
I have embedded several videos on my website that play fine when I am previewing the site. However, when I publish the site and go to watch one of the videos, the Youtube buttons (volume, captions, etc.) do not show. Groups Recipients showing failure count, need more information
We have several Zoho Mail Groups set up on my organization's account and each group has several recipients. What is causing the failures to be delivered? How do I find that information? It is a serious problem that people are not receiving emails intended for them and I can find no long or reason for it.

I've watched the help yourself videos to try and figure out how to do this but they look outdated and of no use to me. All I want is to publish my website and be able to search for it through google, yahoo, bing, etc. I don't know anything about 'GA Tracker ID' or 'Meta Tag'. And I do not have a basic SEO form to fill out with 'title', 'keywords', or 'description'. Please help!
subcustomers
i need to have subcustomers (subcontacts or whatever zoho calls customers). example: i have a customer who has 10 different locations, each with unique name/address/contacts/salesperson on my team/contract/transactions/phone/email/custom field values/accts rcv history/etc. so ea subcustomer must be an entire record of its own but tracked as a sub of the parent customer record b/c we need to know that these 10 locations are all related to the parent. how do i achieve this in ZB?

Behavior of Apply Now Button
I have 4 different Web Forms in my Candidates module. When a candidate clicks the Apply Now button on a job posting on my website, one of those Web Forms opens up so the candidate can type in his information. Convert JSON to XML for Related List?
Does anyone have a script example of converting a JSON string to an XML that is usable in a Related List custom function? Basically I want to display a list of cases from an external system as a simple table of 4-5 columns, ideally with a link. Candidate ID
Five records today somehow got created with null before and after the Candidate ID #. There doesn't seem to be any way to edit this. I'm not sure how that got turned on but it was turned off looking through settings. The question is, though, how can we get the Candidate ID number back to just that, a number?
Add Cases to tasks, notes, calendar integration
It would be really useful if it were possible to either create a case from an email or add an email to a case that has already been created. In addition, it would also be a nice feature to be able to email from within a particular case so that the correspondence is captured and tied directly to the case. Similar to being able to email directly from a "potential" case and adding email correspondence to that potential deal.

Hi, I just started using Zoho and did all the steps required (enable IMAP, change MX record, etc.) to point my email from GoDaddy to Zoho. I keep my domain on GoDaddy, and just would like to host a few email addresses on Zoho. These are the settings I use to set up Imap in Outlook (it's in German, but it's pretty clear): I chose SSL 993 and 465 for incoming and outgoing, and applied all other recommendations. However, everytime I try to save the settings I get this message: It keeps on popping up

I have a table with a field called Fruit. I want to filter the report to show just records that contain Apples or Oranges. I am using a stateless form for the user to select the fruits from a list. Then an openurl statement is used to open the report. I know openurl does not support different values for the same field. Does anyone have suggestion on how to achieve this?
