zc_LoadIn not working for view-perma/view embed
Hi, I'm trying to open an edit form in a popup from an embedded page. It all exists in the same application, but the form will not open when I embed the page into another page using the "view-perma" to remove unnecessary menus and headings. I have a page with a report on it. In the report I am using Grouping and Sorting from the Report options. My question is if there is any way to pass this 'Grouping and Sorting options' as parameters in the links. How do I design this form / report scenario in Zoho Creator: I've created a form where User1 submits work requests. I can see the corresponding report. User2 is the one who is supposed to deal with these work requests so I want to create a way for him to tag every request as pending / complete etc. and also to add his comments if any. What's the best way to design for this workflow?
Newbie Question about Relationships
I have a table called “Students” and a table called “Class Instances” and want to create a table called Enrollments to marry up the students enrolled in the class. A class instance can have many students and students can be enrolled in many class instances. The "Enrollments" table would show those students enrolled in each scheduled class instance. How should I go about doing that?

zoho crm field displays incorrect dropdown
I am attempting to intergrate the zoho crm of both my Accounts and my Contacts in a Creator app. I can get a drop down to choose the Zoho CRM account in a field but when I click on the zoho crm drop down that is attached to the contact app it gives me a list of names that are partially contacts and others are titles or other fields. When I use the creator app through Zoho CRM interface the app lists all the contacts correctly. What is going on? Is this a bug? (see attached pdfs to compare the lists

Hi, For my account some emails are being received but intermittently. Sometimes nothing comes for hours. The domain name in question is financialnetworkmi.com. Email being info@financialnetworkmi.com. Can someone please look into this for me? The MX and SPF records are all updated. Thanks

Report Sort Not Working
Hi, I am trying to sort a report either automatically or using the arrows at the top of the report view but after sorting by 'shots' once it will no longer sort by anything else. I want to be able to sort by the field 'decimal' so that the user can change the order by changing the value of the row in 'decimal'. Why is the report not sorting? Other reports are sorting.

User Access Control
I have a user for my accouting person on my order management app. I'm using Standard Plan and only shared the reports to this user under "Settings->Share" She is able to edit "Orders" form in one report but not the other. See two screen shots. I don't see any setting in the two reports that control a record's editibility. Please help!
Adding a hyperlink changes colour to grey

Backup Issues Anyone? Are There Common Errors That Keep Backups from Saving?Has any one else had issues with backups failing? Our backup gets fixed and then it fails again. I'd appreciate any tips you learned if you have had this recurring issue. (Tip) One item we learned that may prove helpful to new users...too many lookup fields in one report can prevent your backup from saving. Again Not receiving emails on Outlook 2016
Last week I stopped receiving emails from my IMAP account from Zoho on Outlook 2016. The only solution was deleting the account on Outlook and creating it again....problem fixed after trying to fix it for 3 days, had no help from Zoho....again I am having this problem today. Any solutions from Zoho? Or do I have to open an account on another email service?

Auto SPAM filter
I am new to Zoho mail and have noticed that even though I have not set up any spam filters, blacklists etc, I am still getting mail put into my SPAM folder. Those emails are in fact SPAM so there must be an auto SPAM service doing this. My questions then are: What exactly is the auto SPAM detection service and how does it work? mail not propagated even after 48 hours
Hello I just sent an email to support, but we need to resolve this issue asap therefore opening a ticket here as well. We switched over to zoho mail two days ago, but even after 48 hours, on mxtoolbox.com it shows that our email is hosted on godaddy. Today, I started receiving issues where I can not sent email via outlook. I can receive emails on my account, however. I am connected smtp.zoho.com using SSL over port 465. Is anyone else having the same problem?
switching between two domains' inboxes -- how to?
I've just set up my second domain (as I've just registered a new company). Both domains exist under my original Zoho account. I want to keep the two domains inboxes separate from each other, but be able to easily swop viewing from one to the other. I can't see how to be logged into domain 1, but able to click anywhere to switch over to domain 2. Am I missing something obvious?

Hi, I would like to be able to edit a field or two in a form and for this to be done in a single click from an email that I create inside of Zoho creator. This would be very similar to an "unsubscribe" functionality where a user clicks a link, the link then edits a form where a field is changed "Active subscriber" from yes to no and then adds a date/time stamp, then automatically submits without the user even noticing. Contacts are telling me they are sending me emails with pdf attachments and they are being bounced back. The files are a total of 28.5MB surely this can not be to big of a file to receive. Please tell me what is the issue as I used to receive this same email with the same attachments from the same sender last week but this week I can not.

Are there any plans to have PBX support integrated into recruit? I am aware that CRM has the PhoneBridge add-on feature. It would seem that extra small step of integrating it into recruit would be straight/forward logical. Hi, I wanted to update my password change from my Gmail account and Zoho Preferences told me that the web login failed. Just after, I received an email from Google called Sign-in attempt prevented saying: Someone just tried to sign in to your Google Account thomas.marteau@gmail.com from an app that doesn't meet modern security standards. Hello guys, Zoho is pretty awesome so far! I have a quick question about my recent project. I am collection date via zoho forms, and within the response sheet, i have a series of formula to calculate each entre of data. Here is the problem, whenever a new person fillout the survey, a new row of data is inserted on top of the sheet and wont automatically apply the formula to it. Is there anyway to make it auto? as in auto apply the formula to every new entre of data ? Cheers ps.is there an API
CRM and Survey aren't integrating
I am having a problem with these two integrating properly. I have integrated Survey through CRM, and it seems to have worked since I am able to send my surveys through CRM and the new related list is showing up on Leads/Contacts. However, no sent or completed surveys are showing up attached to the leads/contacts. I have no idea how to solve this problem. Anyone have any suggestions?
