Career Website Logo should be a link
In general every website will link the logo to the home page of the website people have grown accustomed to that, it makes no sense that on the career website it opens up the image file. Please add the option to add a custom url so that when the logo is clicked it opens that link instead of the image file.

Hello there ! I would like to send a specific and personalized email to a group of candidate. I could do it in the prévious version. Now i can only send an email of the model list, and can't personalize it. When you search competencies for a position, it's important to choose the candidats in your list and send to them a detail description of the position quickly. When will we be able to do it again? The new version of Zoho Recruit Is Terrible
I hate to sound like a complainer but can we please have the old version back and you guys can make changes to that version and layout? Many things are not working right on this new version and my business is suffering greatly. In fact, so many things are not working right I don't even know where to begin.... If we can't switch back to the older version, I may have to look at moving to another platform with another vendor as this is creating so many problems that it may not be worth it anymore.
Email Template - Body Does Not Populate
I created an email template in ZoHo Recruit and the template should automatically populate the body of the email with the name of the candidate and an introductory sentence. I see the material in the template, but when an email is generated, those items are not populated in the body of the message.

Reports filter
When viewing a report and using the filter options at the top. When I select Users it will only display data if ALL is selected. I can't use it to select data by an individual user. In this case it is jobs and many jobs have been entered by different users.

How we can have First Name and Last Name separately with in a View ? Actually we have only one field "Candidate Name" but in this case we cannot order by last name.
Very frustrated user
OK ZOHO Team, this new release was not ready and is buggy and unstable. Now the option to add an update under candidate, client, and job order is missing. You can see previous updates, need to re-populate the link to update. Your new release has doubled my work load this week due to the instability. Im not your BETA Test Team, nor am I happy. I understand the need to improve but not at your end users expense.

Change order of related quick-access fields below a record?
Hi Everyone, I believe this will be an easy fix but don't seem to be able to find the answer. Currently, underneath a record (Lead, Account, Contact) i currently have a standard set of quick-access fields: - Notes - Attachements - Open Activities - Closed Activities - etc. I would like to be able to manage the quick access fields shown and manage the order as well. Where can i do that? Under "Setup" i dont seem to be able to find the place where these things are managed. Thanks in advance, Georgij

"Try New Version" rich text compose seems broken
If I switch to the "new version" of zoho mail then send a message, most of the text doesn't show up on gmail or even on zoho's own mail viewer. If I go in and view the source of the message, the text is there, but the html associated with it is malformed in such a way that the message is not readable in html mode. From the source, it looks like it's defaulting to 0 point fonts. I don't have this issue on the old version. If I explicitly highlight the message at the end and force it to a certain size,

Hi, I would like to create a rule that if a value of a lookup field has not been selected then it will hide add entries of a subform. When I try to create the rule I get this error "Null can not be used in the criteria for a rule." Hello, My company site has a form that will send an email to me when it's filled out. I'm getting connection reset errors when I try to SSL connect to smtp.zoho.com. I know that the username and password are correct; I use them to get my mail on a daily basis. I know that the code invoking the email is correct since it worked when I was with dreamhost. Hi, I have setup a free CRM account and wanted to test the features. In Users & Permissions there is an option to edit the module-level permissions. I wanted a sub user to only view and create contacts, however once the change was made the sub user can not access any contact denials al all. is there another step i need to take?

Some of my clients are not receiving my emails
I have sent lots of clients emails via Zoho CRM and lots of them are complaining that they are not receiving them so I end up sending it to them not using zoho, they seem to get these. I have spoken to Zoho Support about this issue loads of times and they say no problem exists and all my emails have been delivered. I understand sometimes email end up in junk mail so may be missed, but this can not be the case for every single one Is anybody else having this problem?
