Emails in Candidate records - show all as a default option
Hello, Zoho, please, could you finally make a change in the default setting of emails that are shown at the candidate records, that all emails were shown as a first option, not only emails sent/received by the concrete user? When there are emails sent/received by a different user than the one just logged in, many times it seems that there are no emails at all. It is very confusing. Can you please do something about it? I have sent an email 10 hours ago to the Zoho support email address but I got no reply yet! I searched for some related topics in the forum but none seems to be having this problem: NIC.AR requires 2 (two) DNS for the domain configuration and they do not require any name for the host/cname.
