Zoho Connect Widgets on CRM home page
We love the Zoho Connect widgets for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. However, most of our users are on CRM all the time. So we'd like to be able to use the Zoho Connect widgets as CRM widgets. Is this possible?

Year to Date Function - is it ONLY working on calendar year?
Hi Zoho Analytics gurus, I need to produce a head of sales-related charts that show on Year to Date comparisons from the current and previous years. I have attempted to use the YTD() formula - eg. ytd(sum("Opportunities"."Amount"),"Opportunities"."Closing Date") However, the data displaying is completely wrong. After a lot of experimentation, I am beginning to think the YTD function is basing its calculations solely on calendar year, and ignoring the organistion's financial year settings in the workspace.
Books contacts not syncing to CRM contacts
When I go into Zoho Books Settings, to Zoho Apps, and try to sync the CRM contacts, I get an error message saying the Contacts CRM Module is not active. It is active in the CRM. Any help would be much appreciated!

Multiple Owners and Users of Tasks
There must be a way to choose more than one owner or user of the Tasks, Task Lists, Milestones, etc - on a team, sometimes more than one person is responsible. In the drop down list - you shuld be able to select more than one item/person. Certain contacts have specified that they would prefer to receive my newsletter in plain text. Is there a way to send plain text only emails? I can see two options: 1.
