Campaign and Zoho Books Integration
Is there a way to pull invoice information from Zoho Books and push that into Zoho Campaigns so that we can build different campaigns based on when an invoice was paid for and even what items they bought? I see where I can add all of my Zoho Books contacts,

Problem statement When attaching documents in Zoho CRM there is an option to upload from Zoho Workdrive. As far as I can ascertain, the extent of the integration is to attach a copy of the file to the relevant module in CRM. This results in the file being stored in two separate places, i.e. CRM and Workdrive (incurring additional storage and versioning implications). Idea Would it be possible to show hyperlinks to files in Workdrive, thus avoiding the need to upload actual files? Happy to expand
