Incorrect sizing of Survey in mobile
We are trying ZOHO Survey, Campaign, and CRM for our business. The Survey we have created does not resize correctly for mobile, especially iOS. The format of the survey is closer to the tablet size preview, which makes taking the survey very difficult on smart phones. We anticipate that 50% of our respondents will use mobile. There has to be a setting to change the fact that when a message is displayed, the software automatically switches the message from bold "unread" to non-bold "read" status. In Outlook, there's a setting to give the reader a minute (or two) before the message is marked as "read". I'm constantly having to mark "read" messages are "unread".....doing this daily! Including products with specific dimensions and measurements in Zoho CRM
Hello, Our product range is very complex. We have approximately 7 main categories which are then segregated into various subcategories, and all of which also have distinctive dimension/size & quantity measurements unique to each category. I understand this is a minimal amount of information, but I'm sure that there is a way of accomplishing this when inputting product variations into the CRM.
