So Target Achieved percentage of Q1 must be ~35%, but now it is 115.7%. I tried to chat with ZohoCRM support and received the answer that is default design of the system. Campaign - Workflow - Any Link/Specific Link Click
I am creating a workflow in Campaign. My mailshot has a main link and a few minor links in it. I want to be able to have different actions depending on which link is clicked. It gives me the option to trigger based on a specific link, but can only select one; I can trigger an action on all links, but can't work out how to then branch according to which link is clicked. If I have specific link AND all link selected, will it prioritise the specific link, all links or trigger both? Anyone any ideas?
