【Zoho CRM】住所項目のアップデート：構造化された正確な住所入力を実現

アップデートの概要
これまでの住所項目は、自由入力形式のテキスト欄が中心でした。
そのため、入力者によって書き方がバラバラになりやすく、データの検索やレポート集計が難しいという課題がありました。

今回追加された新しい住所項目では、住所を構造化されたフォーマットで管理できるようになりました。
以下の要素をそれぞれ個別の項目として分割して管理します。

- 国・地域
- 都道府県・州・省
- 市区町村
- 番地・建物名
- 郵便番号
- 緯度・経度（緯度/経度）

主な機能
グローバル対応の選択肢リスト
国と都道府県（州・省）の選択肢はシステムにあらかじめ登録されており、手入力による表記ゆれや誤字を防ぐことができます。
住所の項目には、国と都道府県に関する標準の共通選択リストが用意されており、
特定の地域に限定したリストを作成することもできます。たとえば、国内において営業の対象地域が限られている場合、
対象の都道府県のみをリストに追加することが可能です。共通選択リストの管理は、以下の設定画面から行うことができます。

自動絞り込み
国を選択すると、その国に対応する都道府県（州・省）の選択肢が自動的に絞り込まれます。
これにより、入力ミスを防ぎながらスムーズなデータ入力が実現します。

住所の項目に追加したデータは、Zoho CRM の他の設定や機能内で利用できます。
住所の詳細をもとにフィルターを適用したり、自動化処理に関する条件を設定したりすることが可能です。

住所更新ポリシーの設定
無効な国・都道府県の組み合わせが入力された場合に、エラーとして弾くか、
そのままスキップするかをデータポリシーに合わせて選択できます。

このアップデートで期待できる効果
- データの統一性が向上し、表記ゆれのない住所管理が可能になります
- 住所の各要素（国・都道府県・市区町村など）を条件にした絞り込みやレポート作成が容易になります
- 手作業によるデータ修正の手間が削減されます
＜補足＞
対応タブ：ユーザータブ、関連付けタブ、タスクタブ、通話タブ、予定タブを除くすべてのタブ
制限：タブごとに、最大2つのカスタム住所項目を設定できます。
＜注意点＞
新規ユーザーの場合：初期設定（標準）の住所項目は、新しい住所項目となります。

さらに、これらのタブに必要に応じてカスタム住所項目を追加することができます。
既存ユーザーの場合：新しい住所項目は、カスタム項目として利用可能です。

制限：Webフォーム、自動化における項目の更新処理、プロセス管理、
Ziaによるデータ補完では、新しい住所項目は現在サポートされていません（今後サポート予定です）。
