Ability to add new fields to ZOHO CRM Invoice details
Zoho, a very long time ago I put in a request to find out when ZOHO CRM would be able to have the ENHANCEMENT to allow users to add fields at the INVOICE PRODUCT DETAILS section of invoices in CRM.
There are many requests to do this for example follow these links just to name a few;
If this is not going to be possible may I offer a solution.
1. We are on the OLD PROFESSIONAL PLAN, would zoho consider allowing at least 1 free CUSTOM MODULE for those paying customers that are at this plan. The challenge is that unless your on the enterprise edition no one can tell what a CUSTOM MODULE CAN DO FOR YOU. Hence there is no visibility to what we can do. Allowing for 1 custom module may open the doors to those who are looking to do more things with ZOHO or more importantly find a work around to the issue of not being to have custom fields in ZOHO CRM Details on Invoices and Quotes.
2. Begin a forum for those customers who wish to customize product details on zoho crm invoices and begin gathering requirements. I work in IT by trade and gathering requirements would help your development team significantly.
Either way I am offering to assist, champion, collaborate, test in any way this new feature that allot of customers need.
