Previously, outgoing connections from Zoho DataPrep shared the same public IP range as incoming web traffic. With this change, outgoing proxy traffic will use dedicated IP addresses, improving the reliability of external connections and ensuring that web traffic remains unaffected by issues related to outbound proxy traffic.
This change applies only if you:
Use Zoho DataPrep in the Europe (EU) Data Center, and
Have whitelisted Zoho DataPrep's outgoing IP addresses in your firewall or network to allow connections to external systems such as databases, APIs, FTP/SFTP servers, or other data sources.
If you do not use IP whitelisting, no action is required.
Note: For FTP/FTPS users, most FTP/FTPS servers allow connections by default and require no action. However, if your FTP/FTPS server is configured to accept connections only from allowlisted IPs, you must add the new IP ranges there as well.If you have configured IP whitelisting for Zoho DataPrep, please update your firewall or network allow-list to include the following outgoing proxy IP addresses before August 1,2026 to ensure uninterrupted connectivity after the migration.
CIDR | IP range |
185.230.213.98/31 | 185.230.213.98 - 185.230.213.99 |
185.230.213.100/32 | 185.230.213.100 - 185.230.213.100 |
185.230.215.98/31 | 185.230.215.98 - 185.230.215.99 |
185.230.215.100/32 | 185.230.215.100 - 185.230.215.100 |

After the migration, Zoho DataPrep may not be able to connect to your external systems until the new outgoing proxy IP addresses are added to your firewall or allow-list. This may affect imports, exports, and scheduled jobs that rely on IP whitelisting.
This update introduces dedicated IP addresses exclusively for outgoing proxy traffic. By separating outgoing proxy traffic from incoming web traffic, we are improving the reliability and resilience of external connections while reducing the possibility of network events affecting access to Zoho DataPrep.
No. This change only affects customers using the Europe (EU) Data Center who have configured IP whitelisting for external systems.
No. If you don't use IP whitelisting, no action is required.
If your pipelines schedules have imports that depends on the IP whitelisting, then yes, you will have to update them in order to keep the schedules running smooth.
