Announcing new features in Trident for Windows (v.1.41.5.0)

Trident for Windows just received an exciting update with new ways to collaborate and stay organized without leaving your workspace. Let’s take a look at what’s new!

Integrate Zoho Meeting with Trident.
You can now schedule, start, and join Zoho Meetings directly from Trident using the new Zoho Meeting eWidget. The widget can automatically pull in the email subject and participants from selected emails, making it easier to set up meetings in just a few clicks.

Book meeting rooms while creating events.
In-person meetings just got easier with meeting room booking support in Trident. While creating an event, you can search for available meeting rooms, filter rooms based on amenities such as Wi-Fi or seating capacity, and reserve the room that works for your meeting.

To leverage these new features in Trident, update the app to the latest version by following the steps below:

1. Click the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.
2. Select Check for Updates from the menu list.

If you haven’t already downloaded the app, you can download it here. Trident is available for free for all paid and trial users of Zoho Mail, Zoho Workplace, and Zoho One (using Zoho Mail).

To submit your feedback directly through the app, follow the steps below:

1. Click the Main Menu icon in the top-left corner of the app.
2. Select Feedback.
3. In the feedback window, enter the necessary details under Subject and Feedback Content.
4. Once you’re ready, click Submit.
