Hello everyone!
We're excited to introduce the ability to associate products with pipeline records in a single import, so you can migrate your product data into Bigin more efficiently.
As you may know, associated products keep track of the products or services linked to your pipeline records, giving you a complete view of what's being sold in every deal. With this enhancement, you can import associated products in bulk and automatically link them to their respective pipeline records, which eliminates the need to manually associate one product at a time.
Here's a scenario: If you're migrating your sales data into Bigin, you'll likely import pipeline records first. But what if each deal includes multiple products or services? For example, a SaaS company managing subscription plans, user licenses, add-on modules, and implementation services can have multiple products associated with a single customer deal. During CRM migration, importing deals alone may not provide the complete sales context. With the ability to import associated products in one go, businesses can now import these product details in bulk and associate them with the right pipeline records to ensure every deal has complete and accurate information.
Key capabilities
With this enhancement, you can:
- Import associated products and link them to existing pipeline records in a single operation.
- Add new associated products, update existing ones, or do both during import.
- Ensure pipeline records accurately reflect the total value of all associated products.

If you're migrating data into Bigin or importing product information regularly, this enhancement helps make the process faster, simpler, and more efficient.
