So to make your work easier, we've integrated Jira with Apptics.

With this integration, crashes and non-fatal errors captured in Apptics can now be automatically created as Jira issues, along with all the context your team needs to start fixing them right away. You can also configure crashes and non-fatal errors separately, giving teams full control over what gets tracked.

How the integration fits into your workflow  

Once Jira is connected with Apptics, the flow stays simple. You start by choosing the application you want to integrate and deciding what data should be sent to Jira. Crashes and non-fatal errors can be configured separately, giving teams full control over what gets tracked.

Each issue is then mapped to the appropriate Jira project and issue type. You can also configure default priority and assignees if your Jira setup supports it.

After everything is set up, Apptics automatically creates Jira issues whenever a crash or error occurs. From there, everything follows your existing Jira workflow, so teams can start resolving issues without extra steps or manual effort.


What information is shared with Jira? 

When an issue is created from Apptics, it's not just a title and a link.

Each Jira issue includes:
  • A clear crash or error summary
