Attn. CRM Administrators: Only HTTPS Support in Web Forms

Hello,

At present, we are supporting both HTTP and HTTPS in the following Web forms:

Web to Lead
Web to Contact
Web to Case
Unsubscription form for Email Opt-out

From Jun 1, 2011, we will support only the HTTPS and permanently discontinue HTTP. If you still continue to use the HTTP in your web forms after May 31, 2011, you cannot collect the leads, contacts, cases and email opt-out data from your website.

How to Update your Web Form?

Please follow these steps to change from HTTP to HTTPS:

Step 1: Open your Web Form in HTML Editor (Ex: DreamWeaver, VIM, Notepad etc.)

Step 2: In the HTML code, change the following links to HTTPS:

Web to Lead:

From:

http://crm.zoho.com/crm/WebToLeadForm' method='POST' onSubmit='javascript:document.charset="UTF-8";' accept-charset='UTF-8'>

To:

https://crm.zoho.com/crm/WebToLeadForm' method='POST' onSubmit='javascript:document.charset="UTF-8";' accept-charset='UTF-8'>

Web to Contact:

From:

http://crm.zoho.com/crm/WebToContactForm' method='POST' onSubmit='javascript:document.charset="UTF-8";' accept-charset='UTF-8'>

To:

https://crm.zoho.com/crm/WebToContactForm' method='POST' onSubmit='javascript:document.charset="UTF-8";' accept-charset='UTF-8'>

Web to Case

From:

http://crm.zoho.com/crm/WebToCaseForm' method='POST' onSubmit='javascript:document.charset="UTF-8";' accept-charset='UTF-8'>

To:

https://crm.zoho.com/crm/WebToCaseForm' method='POST' onSubmit='javascript:document.charset="UTF-8";' accept-charset='UTF-8'>

Unsubscription Form
