Sometime back we had an announcement for the users using the Plug-ins for MS Outlook, MS Office, QuickBooks and Mobile Apps. This announcement is especially for the users who are using the Zoho CRM Plug-in for MS Office to create Mail Merge Documents.

We are now supporting Zoho CRM Plug-in for MS Office 2013 also.

As we're doing away with Ticket-based authentication and instead introducing Auth Tokens for all our Plug-ins, we recommend you to get the latest version of the Zoho CRM Plug-in for MS Office, for uninterrupted access. Here are the download links:
