Cancellation and refund
I followed the refund policy at https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/common-faqs/articles/what-is-your-refund-policy#Zohos_Customer_Satisfaction_Policy and I have NOT heard back from anyone. I do not want to keep this service. I had it less than 30 days. I don't like the way the office suite of tools works. I have moved on to another service. I would like a full refund to my card on file. I emailed payments@zohocorp.com twice and I have not heard back.
