(After connecting Zoho Meetings you can manually create Online meetings in the standard detail view by selecting a checkbox, but said checkbox is not addressable when the meeting is created with a blueprint, workflow or kiosk.)
So is it possible to use a custom function in the after section of a lead blueprint transition, to schedule an online meeting:
- that is related to the current lead
- with dynamic attributes stored in fields of the lead (i.e. meeting time, meeting agenda, …)
- and sends notification emails from the lead owner's email with a meeting link to the participants
If this works, is this workaround future-proof, or could it potentially stop working with any new update that is rolled out?
Help would be greatly appreciated, and we are potentially looking for someone to help us implement this.
