I activated my free CRM last night. The documentation from within my CRM instance says I get 25 custom fields:
https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/erutaef321.html#custom-fieldsHowever the button to create custom fields is not available. THEN i see a post from 10 days ago where a Zoho employee is pointing another user to a COMPLETELY different set of documentation that says we get no custom fields.
What's the story here? If we don't get custom fields, I won't waste my time and will look for another solution to demo.
