Delays in Email sending/ receiving

Dear all, 

We regret to inform that we are currently experiencing some delays in email sending and deliveries. This has caused some of the emails to be held in backlog queues. 

We have identified the root cause and have made some changes to fix the email delays. Our technical team is working on clearing the backlogged emails. We expect the email delivery to be back to normal in another 2 hours duration. 

We apologize for the inconveniences caused. We will update here once the issues has been fixed.
