For instance, a pre-sales team assigns incoming demo requests using a round robin method. When a demo gets cancelled, that slot opens up while another team member may already have sessions lined up. Workload Report, the manager can view the entire team's schedule in one place and drag and drop the new request to the right person without switching screens.
To assign tasks from the Workload Report, hover over the task and click
to update the task owner.
