There is no option today to set a salespeople dashboard template because components' targets are not dynamical. As answered on the thread "I am afraid, the 'Target' value within the Target Meter component is static and cannot be drawn from data sources within the module".
This is a key barrier to efficiently deploying management dashboards, you can upvote if you share this thought.
